Jance was able to meet us to give a quick and very competitive proposal for a tankless water install. He had two of his guys on the job within the next week. The guys were most professional, cleaned up thoroughly, and were done by mid-afternoon. A pipe burst in the wall during the hard freeze earlier this year. Jance and his crew made time for an immediate repair to get our water back on, then came back in a timely fashion, to do a major repair/upgrade of our 1962 plumbing. Highly recommended! Totally great experience! Busted pipes from a week of single digits I found Dr Drips online. Read the Google reviews and they were the only one with 5 stars, so I called them. They were here the next morning, when they said they were going to be here. There was a short delay because of ice and the owner called me. Luke shows up and assesses and fixes the problem and we’re back up and running. Service of this quality is hard to find these days! I’ll be using Jance and his team from here on!

Tom Buck from Doctor Drips was great! He was prompt and professional and did quality work. He checked all my toilets to make sure the problem was solved and I wouldn’t have any other issues!

And excellent experience started when they remembered my name and all my information during the first phone call. They showed up on time got to work immediately took care of my problems and showed a great deal of concern for the well-being of my home. They were efficient congenial and good-natured and I appreciated their help and attitude. Highly recommended.

We discovered a leak Thursday afternoon, called and scheduled for Luke to come from 2-5 on Friday. He was 10-15 minutes EARLY, and they texted throughout the process. He discovered a nail that had been put into the pipe years ago. Amazing find by him quite frankly. Cut out the drywall and fixed the leak. Extremely reasonable price, fantastic service. I hope to not have to use them again anytime soon, but Doctor Drips will be my call if I have any plumbing issue.

Had a plumbing emergency this morning at 10:23am and was quoted 12-3pm
And 40 minutes later we had a great guy come in! Did the job and was finished before 11:30… I am SOOO HAPPY AND IMPRESSED! Use this company!! I will recommend to anyone and everyone!

Edit for 01/17/24 we had a busted pipe and we called and just with the timing and where the dude was at in his day he was able to come in 5 minutes! Fixed the issue in the FREEZING cold! Very happy with this company!

I've used Dr. Drips 7 times over the last several years at two different houses and they have done a wonderful job every single time. I've had several clogs cleared, a water spigot installed, a hot water heater removed and a new one installed in my attic, a utility sink installed, and a dishwasher leaked repaired + a new one installed. Each time the plumbers have been polite and taken care of the job. I've been able to get someone out usually within 2-3 days of requesting the service. With my last use, Tom and Jason were particularly helpful in installing my dishwasher. They even went the extra mile and helped me fix a board that was damaged above my dishwasher. I know the owner, Jance, as we used to be neighbors and he's a stand up guy.

Tom was on time, well equipped and did a remarkable job. He answered all my question, and the area where he worked is spotless.

These guys are hands down the best in the business. I have used them in my recent remodel and again for one of those plumbing emergencies. I am a customer for life.
