Dr. Call is absolutely fantastic. He communicates needed procedures with precision and clarity, ensuring that everything is broken down to an easy level of understanding. He takes his time to genuinely listen to the patient and their needs. He also makes sure that any sort of cost for the procedures is well understood and discussed up front so that there is no later confusion. I would highly recommend West Nashville Smiles Dentistry, Dr. Tim Call, and his staff. They are all pleasant and make going to a dentist appointment a smooth experience.

Megan at the front desk always goes above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable and understand all of my payment options going into things. She’s even gone above and beyond to email me and let me know I could email back if I have any other questions. Dr Call is very knowledgeable, willing to explain things extensively, and fix any issues that may come up. When I was having anxiety before some fillings, him and the rest of the staff went the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and were willing to take things slowly. Overall every staff member I’ve met here has been friendly and genuinely seems to care.

Megan is always very nice and polite. Actually the whole staff is nice and polite too. I think they have a
new-ish dental assistant. Today while Dr. Call was tending to me he was really very nice while he was telling/showing her how he needed her to do things. Also, it seemed that there were a few things that she didn't know he needed for my procedure (or didn't know where they're located), he was very nice about that too.

This location absolutely never fails when it comes to oral care. Dr. Call and his team are so caring and they want the best for their patients. I have not had a bad experience here when it comes to my care. Dr. Call is honest and helpful in the best ways. I couldn’t suggest a better office!

Such a great dentistry! Megan & John at the front desk are very kind and have great customer service skills. Nykeria, Jess, and Dr. Call always made sure I was doing well throughout the appointment. And they are all super personable and friendly. Great team that truly cares about their patients! I would definitely recommend this office!

The dentists, assistants, and hygienist were all super knowledgeable and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable over a period of multiple appointments. Root canals are not fun, but the team made it much more tolerable!!

The entire staff was very professional and high tech. Dr. Call spent time and explained what the x-rays showed. Chris, the hygentist was very patient and took his time cleaning my teeth. Great experience.

I went from the “old people” dentist to this shiny new place! I was hesitant changing, I had been with my old dentist for 8 years! But Dr Tim and friends were very professional, using the latest technology. Knocked two fillings out in one visit and it was a totally smooth experience! Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. It was a great first visit for dental service! Dr. Call is fantastic and easy to talk to. He explains what he is going to do and if anything may be needed in the future, he explains it all. Chris is a sweet and competent hygienist and makes sure you are comfortable. They are top notch! Great team! Highly recommend them!

Dr. Call is phenomenal at explaining procedures in terms that can be clearly understood. His intelligence and time spent with me, as a patient, were very much appreciated. The hygienist, Chris, was thorough and clearly quite skilled. John and Meghan at the front desk are organized and approachable. Though I did not work directly with the assistant, Nykeria, I spoke with her briefly and found her to be warm and smart. I give this office the highest recommendation.

I am so happy I chose West Nashville Smiles! The dentist (Dr. Jennifer Judge), the dental hygienists, and the office manager were all extremely nice. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and was so nervous, but everyone was so kind and made me feel at ease. I knew I needed some dental work, and expected to have to go back multiple times, but they were able to handle all of my concerns in one day! My crowns were made in office, and Dr. Judge was extremely patient with me making sure the fit/bite was correct. I decided to get a front crown replaced, and it looks a million times better than the old crown! I seriously cried happy tears when I saw the new crown. It looks so natural and I am finally comfortable smiling in photos. They worked with me on a payment plan, which I am so grateful for. I’ve been to several dental offices in Nashville and thought I would never find one I loved, but now I have and I’m actually excited to go back! Thanks again guys, you were all amazing! 😁

The staff here is so nice & friendly! Chris was a great hygienist, very knowledgeable and you can tell he puts a lot of care into his work. I was seen promptly as well, the wait was very minimal.

I really enjoyed my time there. My oral care has really gotten out of hand and Dr. Janssan has come up with a dental plan to reach my goals. I want to thank the Dental Hygienist Nada for taking care of me and making me feel comfortable and explaining what was happening next and the office manner John for coming for with a plan to get me all the services I needed at an affordable cost
