I had an exceptional stay at Mint House Nashville! The apartment was beautifully designed and impeccably clean, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, allowing me to explore the vibrant city with ease. The Mint House team provided top-notch service and were always ready to assist with any requests. I can't wait to return for another memorable visit to Nashville. Highly recommended!

My husband and I stayed here for 6 weeks after his heart transplant. From the start, Jordi was amazing and helpful with everything and answered all questions I had. The check in process was very easy and all through their app. It offered on site, garage parking which was convenient. It was perfect distance from the hospital which did come with noise from all of the ambulances and helicopters, which we expected so it did not bother us one bit. So if you want less noise, just a heads up. There are many restaurants and shops close by. The apartment was stocked with all of the necessities and even has a washer and dryer it it, which was a huge plus!

Great alternative to a hotel, very clean, underground parking, lots of places to shop or eat within walking distance. Near Vanderbilt and Belmont universities. Only negative was that we had the corner unit (great view) so the noise from sirens and the street crosswalk beeping was annoying at night.

Great place to stay, close to restaurants, secured garage parking, close to Vanderbilt freshman dorms, very clean, the street noise is alot, but expected when in the city. To get in backdoor to the place be sure to hit the # key before the door code or you won't get anywhere!

I spent seven weeks at the Mint House apartments. The rooms and services were very good! In the heart of Hillsboro Village is an excellent location in close proximity to Vanderbilt Hospital, restaurants, great shopping, coffee shops, etc. I highly recommend the Mint House for anyone needing longer term accommodations in this area.

Big appartement, well equipped and comfortable beds. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The location of the Mint House is very central and perfect to explore Nashville on foot. Our room was quiet and we could wash our clothing. We recommend Mint House!!!

The 1 bedroom apt was well furnished clean adequately stocked kitchen and nice towels and linens. Great location many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The only complaint would be street noise obviously nothing can be done about that but if you are not accustomed to sounds of a city especially one right across from a hospital it is a lot! Noise machine and earplugs that were provided were much appreciated. Our unit was on the front of the building with lots of windows great light and view but added to the noise factor. Under ground parking was great perk as well.

Excellent location! Lots of eating and shopping immediately nearby and short walking distance. Noisy, very noisy with the street and emergency vehicles (sirens) due to Hospital nearby.
Clean, basic unit. Nothing fancy or elaborate, but certainly nice and clean. Secure building and parking garage. We were visiting Belmont U which is about 10-15 minute walk. Not bad at all.

Great stay close to the Gulch. Tons of rooms and brand new. Can’t beat the value.

Excellent location if you don't mind walking a bit. There are several restaurants and shops within a 5 minute walk. Downtown Nashville was roughly a 45 minute walk away.

The rooms were nice enough - clean and the provided tea and coffee were appreciated. The kitchen was decently stocked with cooking utensils but we didn't make much use of them. Be aware there is a lot of city noise here from all the vehicle traffic, nearby hospital, and the crosswalks beeping all throughout the night. Another apartment played loud music our first night until about 1am. My partner and I are used to city noise so this didn't bother us too much, but I'd recommend bringing ear plugs or something if you aren't.

My biggest complaint was with Mint House's service. We originally booked a location of their's on Music Row, but they closed that location after booking it, so they moved us to Hillsboro Village. When we arrived we used the provided room info and ended up intruding on a room that was already filled with a father and his daughter. It took about 20 minutes on the phone with Mint House to get new room info - we were told our reservation was changed but we did not receive any notice about this. As a consolation they texted me to check my email for a $10 Starbucks gift card but no such email ever came. I really couldn't care less about the gift card but barging in on another family was not a great experience and something I wouldn't want to repeat.

Company booked us lodging at The Mint House for a show at the Music City Center. So upon arriving the address is nowhere to be found on the front of the building. It's a little door in the back of the building and none of this is mentioned in the check in email. It took an hour and bothering a store employee to figure this out. No one on sight and no one to call to help you out.
Next the code to the door doesn't work and again no one on sight or to call for help. Finally someone let me in and the check in code did work on the room door. I get my key card and parking pass and get my car in the underground parking garage.
We stayed in room 300 at the end of the hall on the third floor. I must admit it's a beutiful and clean apartment. Everything is modern and very nice. Extremely comfortable bed and bedding. Nice furniture and modern TV and appliances. Even a little balcony that was nice to have coffee on in the morning.
Stayed three nights and got very little sleep. There is a roof top air conditioner or something that turns on and off all day and night. It vibrates and shakes the apartment. It's loud and drove me insane. Street noise is very loud as well. The crosswalk koo-koo sound is annoying, Ambulances coming all night, traffic, people screaming and yelling and the helicopter landing at the hospital. To say the least it's very noisy.
The highlight of this place is it's location. It has excellent dinning nearby. Breakfast, pizza, taco bar, bbq, Asian, sushi, chop house, burger bar all within walking distance. Very cool shops, a theater, Vanderbilt University, and medical care as well. The neighborhood is fantastic.
So basicly it's a matter of what's important to you. If your hear to party at the bars and go to great restaurants this is the place. If you have to work as I did and need your sleep this may not be for you. Customer service is lacking and somewhat non-existent. It's just a matter of your priorities. I would recommend for a romantic getaway with your wife. That seems to be what this place would be nice for. Otherwise give it some thought before you book.

Very disappointed. The location provided plenty of restaurants, bars, and retail shops. The full cost wasn't disclose at book. At booking cost for room was $144, the extra cost, $70 for cleaning brought the total to $270. Too bad the cleaning cost doesn't cover cleaning the parking garage. After parking opened the car door to find dryed vomit on the garage floor.
The real issue is no staff to assist with problems. We're checking out and the elevator stopped working. A resident told us this is common. Unfortunately someone was in the elevator.

This place is shady as hell. I booked on a 3rd party site, wasn’t given instructions and unaware there’s no front desk. I waited on hold forever to get any assistance. The entrance is in the back of a building next to a restaurant back door piled with trash. I called (again) about a small internet issue, it was handled over the phone, then after a couple hours while I was napping someone just let themselves in to see if I “still needed help.” And exclaiming “We have permission to come in whenever.” Yikes. The apartment has zero insulation and you hear the crosswalk beeping all night, and sirens going past very frequently. There is nothing relaxing or nice about it. I also still have not gotten my deposit back, I was there last week and left it pristine, laundry in the machine, dishes in the washer. I called, they confirmed I would get it back in 7-10 business days, which would make total sense if it were 1995. This is a bad business, creepy, loud, invasive, unhelpful and scammy! Never again, There are far better places in Nashville for this price. I would absolutely not recommend for a female solo traveler, or children, very unsafe.

I was really looking forward to the two stays I had booked with Mint House through Airbnb. However, my excitement quickly turned into disappointment after how I was treated when my flights from MEXICO were changed and I was unable to check in. I notified the host of every change on Airbnb. They stopped responding and told me to contact Airbnb. Airbnb was no help! They had multiple agents escalating the situation just to tell me it’s up to the host. When I finally arrived in Nashville, it was beyond checkin time and they wouldn’t respond. I had to book a hotel the day after Christmas at 1 am!!! They wouldn’t refund me any of my money eventhough I had never stepped foot on property. I even reached out to the on-site manager directly to see if Airbnb correctly relayed my flight issues. I was highly disappointed in the lack of understanding and customer service when I gave full details, including flight info as to why I wasn’t there.

Was looking for a nice place to spend with my wife for our anniversary. All the reviews were great. It seemed like the perfect place for us to stay at for this special occasion. What a let down...
Dingy worn carpet.
Food crumbs on the couch and chunks of food on the carpet in front of the couch.
Paint is peeling off the walls in the bathroom.
Ceiling fan over bed is is falling apart.
"White" towels in the bathroom
look dirty ...had to go to Walmart to buy our own.
I've only been here for 20 minutes. I'm sure I'll find more as time goes by. Will NEVER stay here again!
Wish I could get my money back and take my wife somewhere else.
