Hampton Inn Nashville-I-24 Hickory Hollow

I was provided great careful service by Vicky and other Hampton Inn Nashville members. The breakfast was good and had variety. Room was great also and the rate was at a great price, it didn't match the room quality.

I had an amazing experience at Hampton Inn, Vicky at the front desk made our stay so amazing! We had an issue with traveling and had to come back to extend our stay and it was the easiest process ever! He’s is the greatest and an awesome representation of the establishment! Hampton should be happy to have Vicky!!!

Friendly staff, clean room and hotel. Perfect stop for a night on the way to our destination The night staff shaarat is very pleasant and professional went beyond to help us with our stay in the late night. Very patient, and answered all my questions . I greatly appreciate the professionalism. also serves free Hot breakfast.

I stayed at the Hampton in Hickory Hollow on I-24.
So far this is one of the best Hampton inn second to the one in downtown Nashville area. This Hampton inn has great service, the price was reasonable and the employees are very friendly, courteous and professional. The front desk representative were very nice especially Vicky who went beyond to make the clients feel at home. The kitchen and the housekeepers were very friendly and professional. This is a good clean hotel in the outcast of downtown to stay at. I give them 100%.

I stayed in this property for more than a month, Very clean and Hygiene rooms Housekeeping and Front Desk staff were very respectful, Breakfast was pretty good and I plan to visit in the Future..

Love it here! Very quiet after 11am. A lot of things nearby. Good breakfast. Vicky and Rishi are very helpful and nice.

Easy access just of the highway but in a quiet location.

There was no light in the bathroom and water blocking in shower. I haven't seen this kind of messy hotel in my life.

At first I was skeptical of the place but I stayed three nights and everything worked out the staff and crew were amazing! I didn’t get the main cleaning guys name but he made my whole family feel welcomed and Niraj went above for us I really appreciate the same when I had some concerns they addressed them immediately. Overall their customer service was amazing thank you guys!!

Great place to stay when your traving. Clean room. Heck the entire Inn was spotless and the front desk personnel were polite and freindly. I enjoyed my stay.

Wonderful! We stayed here for the night while on our way to Atlanta. They were very kind and professional when we spoke to them on the phone to make the reservations. The room was extremely clean! Also we inquired on a food allergy for the continental breakfast and they were quick to address our concerns and made us feel at ease when dining. Thank you so much for everything!

Comfortable and convenient hotel. Very nice staff. Rooms were clean and we actually got cleaning service, which is unusual latesly. Complimentary breakfast was very good and the staff had it set up early.

This hotel was one of the best I have stayed at. Very clean room, a good hot breakfast with a variety to choose from, and a nice clean pool. All the staff were very friendly and we had no issues. I would like to commend Jeena, the front desk agent. She handled my reservation, check in, and check out. She was very accommodating and professional. Although there were no handicap rooms available, she made sure to honor my request for a first floor room. During the reservation, I asked her if we arrived early, would it be possible to check in early. She told me she would put in a request for the room to be cleaned as soon as possible and for me to call before arriving if we thought we would be early. I called before arriving and she said the room was ready for us. When we arrived, everything was ready and it was an easy check in. She handled everything from reservation to check out in a very friendly and professional way. Thank you for having employees like Jeena to help make our stay so nice. We will definitely stay here again, when back in the area.

I had overall good experience. rooms are spacious, breakfast was good. daily housekeeping. some friendly staff. complimentary banana and apple sometimes. Filtered water available. Two fast elevators. The only drawback to me was the location which is little far from the downtown
