Love the folks at 21st Century Dentistry. They're all super friendly and take the time to make sure you're comfortable with whatever procedure you're having done, whether it's a routine cleaning, having a crown replaced, or having a tooth extracted. I've been with them for over 25 years so that tells you how much I like them.

Dr. Thompson, Sarah, and the rest of the staff are superior in every respect. They consistently exceed my expectations with their knowledge, skill, and pleasant demeanor. I referred my husband to them several years ago and he shares my high opinion.

21st Century Dentist has been a great fit for me. Everyone is extremely personal and helpful with dental care.

For someone like me who doesn't have dental insurance. Their self-pay program gets you 2 cleanings a year.

His team was very welcoming and Ashley was very helpful in getting me checked in and Danielle assisted Dr.Thompson and she was also very calming! I am not one to go to a dentist but when the need arises they offer you professionalism, comfort and assurance you are in good hands!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND !

I have been a patient of Dr. Dickerson’s for about 30 years and now a patient of Dr. Thompson. Stephanie has been my dental hygienist for almost that whole time. I have never been disappointed in the services nor the courtesy extended to me. As an example of how devoted these people are to this community, Dr. Thompson, after finding out that my elderly mother was immobile, agreed to examine her in a private home. She had not been his patient. The only reward he would accept was a thank you. Yes, they do missions in other countries but they are also always on a mission right here at home.

The entire staff is kind and caring! I originally booked an appointment for a second opinion after a referral from a friend that has raved about this office being the best in town for years. I'm so glad I did and can now agree! Dr. Derek Thompson is very through and professional while also making you feel comfortable. I would certainly recommend and will be returning!

Our family has been with 21st Century Dentistry a little more than 10 years. The entire staff is wonderful to work with and get to know! They are truly genuine people and so thankful to have found them when we moved to Nashville.

I was referred to 21st Century Dentistry because I badly chipped my two top front teeth. Their kind staff were extremely caring and professional in assessing my needs and concerns, and in describing their proposed course of action. Dr. Thompson and his assistant TracyLynn worked diligently together to provide an expert bonding and ensured I was satisfied with the look and feeling of my teeth. The work they did actually looks and feels better than my original teeth before they were cracked. I was then turned over to the hygienist Stephanie who has more than 30 years experience. She expertly cleaned my teeth using the latest ultrasonic cleaning equipment. My teeth have never been as clean or my smile as bright. This team really sets the standard in both basic and aesthetic dentistry with high technical proficiency, and with expert teamwork. I am thrilled to have found them, and also with my results. I will never go anywhere else for my dental needs.

As someone with anxiety about going into a dentist office, 21st century dental was very accommodating and helped me get over my fear. Dr. Thompson and his team there are very professional and make you feel right at home.

I came in after 4 years of not having a cleaning and my hygienist Sarah was amazing with explaining everything that she was doing and keeping me calm during my deep cleaning. Dr. Thompson was excellent and made sure to answer any questions I had regarding my cleaning.
