For many years my business insurance is always with Music City Insurance. I have to say thank you Sunnie, Summer, Shawn and Cathy. You are great! Thank you for your service.

It’s fasinating to see people’s reviews online. I normally wouldn’t write a review but must defend this time. My family and business have had insurance with Music City for more than 15 years and never had issue with them. They are very nice and professional in helping us. They always tried to check the best price for me at expiration. When we had claims, they always helped. I recommended Music City Insurance to everyone I know. BTW, John is an excellent guy and trustworthy friend.

I transferred my car insurance from State Farm to this company four years ago and saved more than $1,000 for a year. Since then I have never changed my agent. In 2017 my car was stolen and found a wreck. They helped me through the whole process with talking to adjuster and providing the required documents due to my linguistic barrier. It was a total loss and I got a lot back with MCI's help! I recommend to everyone this responsible and helpful company!

Got me quoted but was more expensive then general

John is very professional in his business. He knows a little of every language which makes customer feel so welcomed. This company is my go-to place if I need any insurance.

Normally ONE star rating is considered non-factual or just a personal opinion but the integrity of all 5 stars ratings due to multiple 1 stars ratings it becomes unreliable.
