Ramada by Wyndham Nashville/Music Valley

The facility was dated and showed it’s age, but for the price it’s hard to complain too much. The mattresses leave a lot to be desired as they are thin, simple, spring coil mattresses. They were however clean. There has obviously been some water problems recently as there were fans and dehumidifiers everywhere, but there was no musty smells indicative of long term water problems. A couple of the outlets in the room didn’t work, and I was quite shocked that there aren’t any between the beds. Check in and out were flawless, and staff was courteous. Breakfast was better than most other places I’ve stayed. The only problems there we found were the coffee creamer was empty, and the juice seemed like the mix ratio was a little strong. We didn’t say anything though as it was almost the end of breakfast time, and time for us to go anyways. If you’re in the area for visiting or a concert, while this facility may not be the best of the best, it is definitely affordable, clean, close to activities, has hot showers, and staff were courteous. We were on the ground floor right down the hallway from the pool area, and never heard anyone running the halls or traffic in front of the hotel. I would definitely consider staying here again

I’m going to give a 4.5/5 star review and here is why:
We are near Opryland Hotel/Opry Mills Mall and not to mention the hotel offers a cheap shuttle to downtown and back. Essentially you get what you pay for in this area. Other reviews state they felt unsafe, but you enter the room from the inside of the building. There are long term guests here but the staff are aware of who these guests are and that is honestly a plus. The hotel staff is friendly and attentive. You really have to understand the area and possible clientele to see that this a little hidden (cheaper) gem in the area.

It’s a clean, nice and safe place to stay! We had 3 days, then had to extend for a week and everything went smooth. We will stay here again, if we have to return. Thank you

This Place Provided Excellent Customer, a young lady by the name of Selena Brewer was really Polite, friendly & possesses exceptional Customer Service Skills, The whole staff was Polite and respectful. I also would like to note that another young lady, Virginia Matthews Provided Excellent Customer Service and I was really nice and Professional. It's been a long while since I've Experienced a True Quality Experience, such as this one; as a result I Give them 5 Stars and an A+

The desk clerk was very helpful. My TV wouldn't work he exchanged my room. And he made sure everything work.

I would I will stay here again it is very clean it was very nice the only complaint is the fifth floor is extremely dark it's all painted blue and it needs to be brighter other than that it was a fantastic stay everything else was great

We got the family deluxe room! Very large room. 2 queen beds and it also had 2 pull out couches! Mona at the front desk was very helpful and kind.

Had a great experience. Staff was amazing and friendly. Close to grand Ole Opry. McDonald's near by and gas station.

The room had not been cleaned up, but I was immediately placed in an upgrade. Best price in Nashville.

We stayed there right after CHRISTMAS we enjoy staying there close to everything that we like to go to Carney Fork around the corner Opry mills down the road Opryland for boat ride and picture opportunities we stayed here last year on new year's eve and enjoyed it so much we stayed this last time there also rooms are pretty and decorated with Nasville skyline on the walls

Conveniently located next to the highway, a big mall and many restaurants. Very clean with its own parking garage

Erica and Amy are awesome! The hotel is under renovation so things aren't perfect but I couldn't ask for better welcoming staff at the front desk.
