STRONGLY RECOMMEND!!! Santana Brothers Plumbing helped us with multiple complex plumbing issues with a Friendswood property, all while we were out of state. They were proactive in all communication with me, by providing me with photos of every step along the way. This gave me great peace of mind, even though I couldn’t see the work with my own eyes. Miguel, Fredy, and Maria were kind, easy to work with, and trustworthy. They will be my first call with any future plumbing needs!

Strongly recommended! This company helped me install gas pipes in the kitchen so I can switch from using electricity to gas for cooking. The project took about a day and a half. The company is very professional and cost efficient.

2, The company has extensive experience and knows all the processes, such as applying for permits from the government and inspecting for any gas leaking issues after the work had done.

The project has been completed for a year and a half since now, and everything with my kitchen's gas supply system is normal. I believe my evaluation is objective and fair.

I cannot say enough great things about these guys. We had another issue with contractors who put in a new bathroom. The toilet had slow drainage. It would take almost an hour to finally drain. Contractors told us (second time now) that it was our issue. They said our septic system was old and defective. We knew this was not the case because everything worked fine in our existing bathroom. Santana Bros came and diagnosed the problem for us FREE OF CHARGE. Big surprise: the contractor put the drain line in without venting and not enough slope. Santana bros seem to be more committed to building goodwill with their customers than making a buck. They have a long term mindset, building trust and rapport knowing that they will be the first name to come to mind in the future. Our house is almost 60 years old, so I’m sure there will be future problems, and I know who I will be calling and recommending to my family and friends.

My fiancé and I returned home from a trip to find our water heater had sprung a leak and needed to be replaced. I called Santana Bros plumbing the next morning and Miguel came to my home within the hour to provide a quote for a replacement. Miguel was exceptionally courteous and professional. He and his brother returned the same afternoon and installed the new unit. They arrived promptly and worked efficiently. Miguel took the time to answer all our questions regarding the water heater, as well as other plumbing inquiries we had. I will be calling Santana Bros for all of my plumbing needs from now on.

Miguel and Fredy were excellent. Toilet was clogged due to tree roots. After digging out to change the pipes; two leaks were also found. Santana Bros were very thorough and got the job done to my complete satisfaction. The total cost was also very reasonable.

I recently experienced no pressure in the shower. Expecting the worst but hoping for the best; I called Santana Bros. Miguel was outstanding!!! He quickly put me at ease by explaining fully what needed to be done. He quoted me a reasonable rate and completed the job within 45 minutes. He and Freddie were very prompt clean and professional. I highly recommend them. I called on them back when we had the freeze in Feb 2021 and will continue calling them for all my plumbing needs. Stellar customer service!!!

First off. The whole operation is Family. It’s like calling someone you know who does plumbing and they take care of you. I called them late they came out assessed the issue made no promises about time to return then came back within an hour😁. The whole crew was pleasant and professional everyone coordinated to get the job done and In a timely fashion. We were not inconvenienced in any way. Miguel is an awesome coordinator. He answers all your questions concerns and apprehensions in a calm manner. They send pics of who will approach your house to get the job done. Maria answered all my questions kept me up to speed and when she couldn’t say for sure Miguel did. Enrique came out with his assistant and was finished so fast and so efficient and so professional. They were a pleasure to work with. Interactive with the whole family. Juan Mata came the next day promptly and made the wall look as if no hole were there in the first place. I put out some money but I am thoroughly impressed and happy with the results. I will be contacting them for my next plumbing project. DO NOT hesitate to call them if you need some plumbing done. The gentleman that came by, Miguel, was very professional, and extremely efficient. He and the technician assisting him had my shower valve repaired in probably less than 10 minutes! And they offer a full one year warranty on their work! This is probably the most professional, plumbing service I have ever encountered, and I have encountered many with the multiple rental houses I own.

Great company! My main water line burst in front of my house and we had water leaking everywhere. I called around and they were the first company that could come that morning. Miguel was extremely kind, personable, knowledgeable, and he was very good at explaining what was going on and the different options to fix the problem. Zero pressure to do one fix over another or to even use a different company. They were able to have their crew out the next morning and they replaced the line no issues. They remained in contact via text message for updates as well. I highly recommend this company if you have a plumbing problem.

I have been using Santana Bros for about two years and I thought it was about time I wrote then the review they deserve.

I am a landlord and I do my absolute best to keep my tenants happy. Sometimes, plumbing issues simply happen, and Santana is who I always call.

I found them after a lot of searching and I have been quite glad with my choice. They answer quickly or if it's late, they call back within a reasonable time. To be fair, I usually call during business hours. Appointments are always made within a very reasonable time and they always show up within the window they give me. I appreciate that.

I have used them from a simple drain clog all the way up to the the full replacement of my sewer line from the house to the city connection. Their prices are always fair. They even informed me of a problem on the city of Houston side of the sanitary drain.

I have had to make arrangements to get work done while out of town and they kept me informed every step of the way with texts, pictures and video. I know the work will be done quickly and done right.

Santana doesn't try to upsell me with unnecessary services. They also give me choices and clearly inform me what needs to be done and what can wait a little while. That is uncommon these days.

They recently (in the last year) have started doing hydrojetting pipe cleaning. This worked perfectly for my purposes as the last guy I used was NOT a good experience. Santana did me right.

I have added Santana to my trusted list of repairmen and artisans who I use regularly and also who I recommend to my friends and clients. I only recommend solid people as I feel a recommendation is an extension of my own professional reputation.

Called on a Saturday at 8:35am and Freddy was at my home ready to complete the inspection at 9:12. He was thorough and explained his findings in a manner I understood. He informed me of areas that could cause future issues, but did not try to force me into taking action. I will definitely use them again and request Freddy and I will recommend them to others.

Never feel pressured to make a decision on accepting their services. With all that, I knew to call them first with my recent plumbing issue. They did a great job and I will continue to utilize their services in the future.

Freddy came out and was really wonderful, he was super patient and let me call my husband multiple times and then re-explained to him on the phone the issues we were dealing with. He went through all the steps and in the end we found out our issue was a lot bigger and had to do with the water line, which unfortunately the system our house used they were not able to help with. They didn’t charge us anything for the hour + work he did because the problem wasn’t resolved. Really amazing customer service and friendly. Miguel and Freddy were friendly, helpful with non-repair options, notified us when on their way, arrived during the scheduled time, put booties over their footwear every time they entered the house (due to the wet weather), and completed the jobs with no delay. Our experience with Santana Bros was the best we’ve ever had with any contractor.

Very very pleased with the work that was done. I would highly recommend to others, they were honest with me throughout. I’m looking forward to doing the rest of my plumbing issues with them.
