SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston Pearland

What can I say!?! This hotel is absolutely wonderful, the rooms are nice, the location is great, did I say great location? LOL the people at the desk are wonderful and accommodating shout out to Shannon!! And the housekeepers, all of the housekeepers who took care of us, who took care of me and my family wow we were there it's just excellent, shout out to my new friend Yovanna, I just I love you and adore you you already know that the best housekeeper hands down, maintenance all my maintenance requests were honored and they were so helpful with some disabilities that I had, like I said I can't say enough wonderful things about this place don't hesitate, book here!! Did I mention they give out free cookies!?! LOL

We stayed at this SpringHills Suites last weekenf for a softball tournament. Mr. Charles at the front desk was fantastic - he was friendly, helped us get rooms next to each other and remembered our names. The rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Good breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this location a few times. I really enjoy it. They have a great breakfast it’s always clean. There’s plenty of restaurants near by, and a great place to just take a walk if you’d like to go to the park down the street.

For the price point, everything was just fine. Rooms were clean, no problems, breakfast was good, and front desk couldn't have been more pleasant.

I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Pearland. It's got everything you need to make your trip a memorable and relaxable one. two thumbs up

We had an amazing stay at SPRINGHILL SUITES® BY MARRIOTT® HOUSTON PEARLAND . The staff, especially Shannon and Elizabeth, were extremely helpful and kind. This is our 2nd stay at this hotel and we plan to do it again. The design of the room – 2 queen size beds and a separate living area with desk/chair and sofa was just what we needed. The hotel was close to restaurants and an HEB grocery store. The only negative was the AC in room 307 which made a high pitched sound when it engaged - it needs to be serviced. Thanks y’all.

I had a pleasant stay for a couple of weeks. The rooms were spacious and the service was clean & excellent. They provided complimentary breakfast every morning which had a variety of options. It was so quite and a comfortable place to stay near Pearland.

So, interesting story. The smoke/fire alarm went off in our room. Before you think it, no, I wasn't doing anything to cause it. I was just watching tv. It set off the alarms in the entire hotel. So you're probably asking, "so why did this dude rate the 5 stars then", well....

As soon as it happened, the staff rushed to correct the problem, apologizing constantly. They also offered some free snacks to all the guests in the lobby. They gave frequent updates (this situation lasted about 40min) and never slowed down until the malfunction was resolved. They also took no time at all to give all of us new rooms.

The rooms themselves were very clean and very tidy, but I was most impressed by the staff. Very worth the stay.

The outside and inside is beautiful and clean. The room was also nice. The bathroom was outdated but other than that great bed, covers, and couch. I don’t think I have ever stayed at a hotel that had this great of a room air conditioner. It went all the way down to 60 degrees and you could feel al of it! It had to be new or maybe recently cleaned because it was in great shape. And having the room the right temperature just makes sleeping much more comfortable.
Last thing, Jasmine at the front desk at night, she is so sweet. She represented Marriott brand extremely well and you could tell she enjoyed working there. I hope someone reads this and congratulates her. She was so nice to us.

I loved this hotel. I stayed at the location since I had a not so pleasant experience at another Marriott hotel, but it’s not noteworthy to take away from this place. The continental breakfast was AMAZING and top tier! The bread options, fruit, oatmeal, 2 types of waffles, cereal. The Apple juice was delicious and tasted like fresh apples were juiced! My room was nice and roomy. I got a double queen suit. Personally I used the 2nd bed as a closet so I can live out of my suitcase. The staff was friendly that I did interact with. The location is also very convenient and in a quiet area. It’s not in a hot busy part of Pearland. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

If you've driven a long time and are looking for a place to rest and relax, this is the hotel you want. Super clean, comfortable rooms and great staff. (Special thanks to Shannon, 5 star check-in)

They allowed us to check in like 5 hours early. In my opinion that type of service and consideration deserves 5 stars. Rooms are clean and functional with some dated aspects like the popcorn ceiling, but more than adequate.

Celeste! Nice hotel, what you would expect for a Springhill Suites. The coffee bar needs some extended options (flavored creamers?). Breakfast was serviceable. The staff, most especially Celeste, made all the difference. Welcoming, attentive and definitely going the extra distance to make sure guests were well cared for. I noticed the entire staff treated all the guests this way.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel a number of times...especially in 2017 when we planning for our Houston wedding. This location never disappoints.

The front desk persons are always cordial and ready...promptly greeting all those who enter the lobby. We're road trippers, so we often roll in late. The young lady watching the desk was ready to go. She covered all the details including acknowledging we were elite Marriott members. She asked questions about our drive in and why we were visiting. Granted it was literally an overnight stay, but that didn't matter. I told her we'd be rolling out early and wouldn't be here for breakfast.

The rooms are always nice and it's an adequate extended stay location. The hotel is not too far from restaurants and a grocery store if other items are needed. A convenient store is on site (again, snacks and things). There's a microwave and small fridge along with a sitting area and desk space.

Bright and early as we're leaving, she's there with a smile and wishes for a safe drive home. Why can't every hotel be like this.

We stayed here for a week & it was a wonderful stay! The front desk staff are very nice, everyone wore a mask & social distanced. The rooms are clean & bed was super comfy! They're not offering buffet breakfast, but instead offer To Go Box Breakfast that you can pick up at the front desk. If you're looking for a clean, nice hotel, stay here. Highly recommend!

We were in town for a memorial service. The room was comfortable and had some places to eat walking distance. We ate the breakfast every morning during our stay. Oatmeal, eggs, bacon, sausage links, cinnamon nut muffins, English muffins, apple juice, orange juice, oranges, bananas I might be leaving out a few items. There was always a small line because one person was responsible for serving each person. But we were patient and waited our turn. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. We had room 123 I think which is handicap accessible. We used the fridge for left overs. We used the ice machine once and it looked clean. Our door was taped with a sticker saying it was cleaned. They do not offer daily cleaning unless you ask, rather I was told maid service is once every 3 days. There was always plenty of parking options for our rental car. Enterprise wasn't far away and they came and picked us up. Also speaking of transportation. Our lyft from GoergeBush airport cost about $65. But we had to get it because airport Enterprise was close when our flight landed. So it was the only way for us to get to the hotel. About 40 min drive. The gym was small but manageable. I saw 2 treadmills, a few other machines and a rack of free weights. The pool was outside on the other side of the window. I laughed as I watched a guy attempt to do laps on such a small pool. It made no sense. The bathroom light and fan are on the same circuit. So can't quietly sneak in and out of the restroom. The heating and cooling was easy to control. The rooms was cool when we walked in, but later we set it to 68 degrees. The front desk held our bags while we returned our rental car. I would definitely stay again. Oh and just one negative. None of the trash cans had bags in them. I thought that was sorta gross.

If I could give this place a 10 out of 5 stars I would! Everyone that I met who worked here was extremely helpful and very kind. I never write reviews but they definitely deserve it! The rooms were also very clean and better than most of the other places I have stayed at. There was also enough space for my toddler to run around and have fun in our room.
