I took both of my kids and they had an amazing experience. All of the staff were beyond kind, patient and helpful. They sent reminders for the appointments and text after to check on the kids. My daughter was nervous about fillings and they made her very calm and talked through every step. The service dog Fozee sat with her the whole time. We have been suggesting them to all of our friends. They help kids create a positive experience around going to the dentist so that they are excited.

Great ! After years of terrible dental experiences I was hoping for at least to just "get through". However from the first call to make appointment to the actual work done it was amazing. The staff were professional, competent, and friendly. Dr Lord explained my options to save my tooth rather than getting a root canal. Dr Lord took the time to save my tooth.

Even the change from a temp crown to the final crown was easy not the old glue that felt like your tooth was being pulled out.
I had called an Oral Surgeon's office from a past appointment for a referral for a good dentist. They referred me to Dr Lord who exceeded my expectations in every way.

Anyone who has concerns going to a dentist needs to go to Dr Lord and his staff. Also Fozzie the wonder dog will sit in your lap for extra relaxation.

This has been my dentist for 6 or 7 years now and this place has been a blessing. The staff is amazing, Dr. Lord is amazing, and they now have Fozzie. They have become family. This amazing team is very welcoming, friendly, and comforting. I have always loved going to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned but when I need work done, my anxiety gets really high. Fozzie has brought so much comfort that I don’t have any anxiety when I need any work done. There are not enough words to explain how much I love this place. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Lord and his staff are wonderful! I am always greeted with a smiling face, and never have to wait for more than three minutes for my appointment.

Dr. Lord is very attentive and professional. He is willing to spend the time it takes to answer all of my questions. I never feel rushed in or out of his office. The hygienists are careful and thorough.

Sophie, Sarah, and Tanya are wonderful to work with. Scheduling and rescheduling appointments is very easy to do. They are helpful and so kind in all of the administrative aspects.

I went to Dr. Lord for a second opinion and I'm so glad I did; definitely a patient for life now. The office is nice, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff are very kind and communicate well about costs & appointment expectations. Dr. Lord is awesome! He took the time to sit and chat with me prior to my exam. Once the exam was finished he took the time to explain everything and answer ALL my questions. Highly recommend this dentist office!

I can’t say enough about Dr. Lord and his AMAZING TEAM!! From the minute you walk in the door they treat you like family and are like family themselves. I am not going to lie I’m not a super fan of going to the dentist but I completely feel at ease here. I have had multiple things done besides just a cleaning and it’s 5 stars all the way. The staff and cleanliness (very important to me) of this place are great! I hadn’t been to the dentist in 4 years and they fit me in within a day of calling for an appointment. Their staff has been very friendly and very patient with all of my many many questions. Dr. Lord took to the time to sit and explain the results of my x-rays and images and was kind and thorough in his explanations. I didn’t feel rushed to get out of there but everything was done in a timely manner. I highly recommend them and am very pleased with the service of this practice!
