AT&T Store

I stopped by to change my screen protector and Nik provided very quick and friendly service! The process was very smooth and I would highly recommend stopping at this location.

The new store manager Omar was a tremendous help in getting some last minute Christmas shopping done. I spoke with him earlier that day, and not only did he remember the call, he also remembered the specific type of IPad I was looking for! I will only be handling my AT&T business at this store from now on!

This AT&T location has the MOST "OUTGOING" kindest AND hard working" Customer Service Representative greeting her customers like she has known them forever and she brightens that store up with her Smile and Witt and Knowledge. I did not expect to be greeted and treated with a fun person like Lincoln. I am sorry I did not get her last name. Everyone who walks in that front door is treated awesome immediately and its obvious she loves her job WHICH IS NOT THE CASE NOWADAYS. AT&T you guys are fortunate to have her and that lady works for her customers. She provides quality customer service that you cannot find often. She is answering that phone and getting those customers IN THE DOOR!!! I WAS AMAZED she did not run out of energy being by herself and constantly working the room of customers and nobody left, she had us all busy listening and she was individually helping each customer as we came in. Really she is quite impressive for being so young. Her personality is welcoming and very gracious. I am so glad I went to this location. It is important to recognize employees like Lincoln because you want her to stay with the company and I bet this young lady does, she has her head on straight and it would NOT surprise me if she becomes a mentor for other customer service entry level employees. She's got that gift to go far in any career path she should choose. She treats people Special and sales her products because she likes that money and "she is a hustler". She works very hard and customers come in the door asking for her and also talk about her cheerful personality. I saw it myself.
I came back the NEXT DAY and I saw and heard it myself from a man who came in and said to Matt the manager what great wonderful service he got from Lincoln!!! It was nice to hear and it proves I got THAT SAME SMILE WITH THAT SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! AT&T please share my review with lady she is very deserving. Because of Lincoln's customer service she sold me a tablet and the New IPhone Pro Max. Thank You Lincoln and tell her Ms Gracy purchased the IPHONE PRO MAX and a tablet and I will be back.

Overall great and seamless experience switching over from Verizon and getting a new phone. Anthony was awesome and knowledgeable and made the process super easy!

Great service! Devany and Lincoln were incredible! They answered every question I had and helped me pick the perfect plan that would fit my family and budget. This is the best AT&T location I have been to. I will always go to this store thanks to Devany and Lincoln. They were very sweet!

What a great experience this was. We had a great time and got two new iPhone 11 pros. The phones are fantastic but not as fantastic as the folks here at the AT&T store. Leslie was so helpful and got us just what we needed. She put the cases and screen protectors on very professionally. I would recommend her with six stars. I would definitely ask for her when you come into the store. She did a great job!!!!!

I had a great experience at the local AT&T store yesterday. I had a problem with my cellphone and needed to purchase a new phone and a new number and plan. The sales associate, Erica, was very courteous and helpful. She answered all of my questions and Sold me a great new phone and plan. I am very happy with my purchase.

Had a very pleasant experience at this store. The sales person took care of all our needs professionaly and satisfied all our questions. Got our new phone and changed plans with absolutely no complaints.

This place had the most amazing customer service. My family and I switched over from Verizon and the change was insane. Their manager Derrick was extremely helpful. Him and his team stayed after hours to help us set up our new phones.

Eddie and Derrick gave me great service. They were very helpful in helping me get a new phone for myself and my son. Both Eddie and Derrick were very knowledgeable about their products and very patient with my lack of tech savvy. I would encourage you to shop with these two fine young men.

Fantastic service! Service rep Raynard Williams was kind and very knowledgeable about the phone products. We were in and out with a new iPhone with less than 20mins. Go see him. I highly recommend this location which is a small store yet the BEST SERVICE.

Ordered a replacement phone through my insurance plan and couldn’t get the new one set up myself. Stopped by the AT&T in Conroe at 105 and 336, and Matt got us up and running. The store was busy and they were training a few new employees, but he juggled it all well. We definitely appreciated his help.

Bought new phones for Christmas. Had a fabulous experience. A very nice young lady named Lesslie help my husband and me from start to finish. Even put on our screen protectors! Will definitely recommend her for her knowledge and professionalism.

Mr. Matt in this store is Amazing. He is one of the best Authorized Retailer, we have ever met. He knows product details and all the deals they have to offer. He helped us in selecting and purchasing our new phones and connecting to a new line.
