Epic Smiles of Conroe

Got my permanent teeth for my “All On 4” upper arch implants a few days ago. I am very happy with them. Dr. Zingalis and his staff of professionals performed my surgery on May 3rd and took great care of me. Just 5 months later, I’m eating whatever I want with a nice smile to go with it! Everybody in the Conroe office are very courteous and professional. I would recommend Dr. Z to anyone wanting new teeth and a great smile! Thanks doc.

PART II

My dental implant journey has been in two parts. Part I was in 2022 when I got all on 4 implants up top. I’ve been so happy with them I went to Part II and got implants for the lower arch in 2023. I’m very happy with them. After watching TV advertisements from a nation wide chain clinic that performs implants, I received a consultation from them. I decided to shop around and ask lots of questions. It’s unbelievable how much you learn about the different procedures, quality of implants and of course the cost of implants. The national chain costs are much higher than other clinics because of the TV advertising costs. I was so lucky and blessed to find Epic Smiles in Conroe. Dr. Zingalis and Saundra have taken so good care of my mouth. What I really like about them is they will see you regardless of what concerns or questions you might have about your implants. They won’t nickel and dime you for every little thing like other dentists do. Epic Smiles is the best!!

The staff is very friendly. They all made me feel welcomed. Following the guidelines for pandemic was good to see also.
Holly the hygienist did a excellent job deep cleaning my teeth and giving me the education on what my issues are. I liked the dentist as well. He was very good at evaluating my teeth and explaining my teeth problems and what needs done. I will be seeing him in a few weeks for some maintenance. I would recommend Epic Smiles for all your dental needs!

After having decades of traumatic experiences with dentists & various dental procedures, I explained my fears & concerns to the Epic Smiles staff. Everyone was so warm, friendly, sympathetic, & made a point to check in with me repeatedly during my procedures to make sure that I was completely comfortable. It was the best dental experience I've had to date. Even the recovery from oral surgery so far has been uneventful and easy. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Epic Smiles is great, the staff is friendly and professional. I'm having a lot of complicated work done, and Dr. Zingalis has made sure everything was painless and I've had absolutely no problems. I haven't had to wait more than a few minutes for an appointment, and I love the TVs in the treatment rooms--the distraction really helps. I'd definitely recommend Epic Smiles.

I've been going to this dentist from when Dr. Oliver first took it over from Dr. Atwood. Never had a bad experience. I was concerned when the practice was sold and essentially all new staff was brought in. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. All of the staff, every single one, have gone out of their way to be friendly, helpful, and kind, and Dr. Z and Dr. T are amazing dentists. The work that they have done for me I thought would never turn out this fantastic.

To Ms. Martinez: There is no way these women in the front office were rude, I'd stake my reputation on it. They have always greeted me by name and made me feel comfortable being there and I am a scaredy cat when it comes to dentists so that should say something.

I recommend these fine people of Epic Smiles to anyone looking for a new dentist with absolutely no reservations.

Epic Smiles was amazingly good, not only did I receive excellent care they explained the entire process of what they needed to do with my issues. I have had a past experience with dentist that was horrible , BUT this place is great. I saw Dr. Danny, he and the rest of the team there are AMAZING!! The dental work I got here is great. I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I recommend this office to everyone and anyone!! Everyone here is so nice, they really take the time to actually talk and get to know you and your concerns. Great place I wish I would have found sooner!

I'm very happy with the dental care I've received here. Holly is gentle and thorough in cleaning my teeth. Dr. Javid Pour-Ghasemi is also great and gentle in his exams and treatments. The staff is friendly and competent. I highly recommend Epic Smiles!

Wonderful! My son, who has NEVER had anything done to his teeth without gas was somehow convinced he could get his small filling done without gas and without numbing! He sat through it just fine. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Oliver is the best. She is gentle and quick!

Everyone was very professional and kind. The front desk receptionist greeted me. The dental assistant listened to my concerns regarding mouth problems after having my teeth cleaned and suggested new procedures to offset those problems.
The Dentist and the Dental Surgeon took the time to explain everything to me, and did so without talking "down" to me. They also took into consideration all of my medical problems.
The Business Administrator helped me with my dental plans, what they covered, and my payment options.
I'll gladly recommend them!

The hygienist that cleaned my teeth Sandra, was absolutely the best I have ever had in 65 years. She did not hurt me once. Highly recommend her. The dentist and office staff were all so nice.

My biggest fear has ALWAYS been dentist. I have ALWAYS had very bad experiences with everyone I have seen. This place is very clean, the dentist and staff make you feel comfortable and make sure you are never in pain they also try to help you do thing that you can afford I trust this place 100% and will never go anywhere else I wish I could give 10 stars. If you need dental work look no further this will be the best place to go

I have always been nervous, and anxious about going to dentists. Just bad experiences as a kid. This place completely changed my entire outlook! They were sooooo nice and friendly, super accommodating in every aspect! It was a dream come true, it was over before I even knew it had happened, both of my upper wisdom teeth gone. Never felt a thing, and even days afterwards there is only slight soreness at worst. No bruising of any kind. They were extremely quick, extremely gentle, and extremely kind. I will definitely use this as my go to dentist from now on, and will be referencing anybody who needs a dentist to Epic Smiles of Conroe! Thank you guys, God bless!

Everyone was very friendly. Was very patient with me as I am not a fan of dentists. Am looking forward to going forth with the dental plans they have for me. Thank you to all of the staff, dental assistants and dentists. You really made me feel comfortable being there.

My father in law was recently a patient here and he had the best things to say about this place, which is rare for a dentist 😊 He mentioned that they were patient, kind, professional and very knowledgeable in their field. They made him feel incredibly comfortable and explained everything they were doing. Would highly reccomend!!!

My wife says Dr. Oliver is the most caring and gentle dentist she's been to! Her hygienist Rebecca did a great cleaning and she's so careful and gentle as well. My wife had bad experiences with other dentist offices, and visited here because she remembered Dr. Oliver took off her braces, did a super gentle cleaning, and fillings back when she was only 13! We were lucky to find her on Google at this newer location when her mom reminded her to find Dr. Oliver again. Another dentist office lied and said she has FIVE cavities but Dr. Oliver is honest and said she only has 2! Very helpful and friendly front desk staff as well.

Dr. Javid made it easy for me to relax durnig my procedure. Having my cleanings the hygienist was very sensitive & thorough. Epic Smiles makes going to the dentist a very good experience.

Dr Javid extracted a crown with a cracked root for me today. The process was thoroughly explained before hand. He is a caring, professional competent dentist with a kind manner, patience and had a good working relationship with his assistants. I am happy to have had him treat me
