Best buy is in a weird spot as they try newer things to hold onto customers. This one is usually not crowded which makes the shopping experience nice. A good amount of employees on the floor able to assist. Only downside is that sometimes you might have to use the customer service area to check out.

Purchased a new Tablet. We received exceptional help from Katie. She also helped me to get my phone screen saver installed. Great Job. Thanks Katie for all your help!

The young gentleman that was working in the cell phone area saw that I needed help at the entrance of the store (I had a question about my curbside order), and immediately came over to see how he could help me. Very professional & polite employee.

Amazing service center and employees!! Every time I showed up in a different department there was an employee asking to assist me. I had a laptop upgrade done and joined the all inclusive plan for $170. That saved me in the long run and will keep paying for itself if I can afford more upgrades. This gets me closer to the design programs I will need.

Rushed in with 8-9 minutes to spare picking up a last minute item. Instead of being told along with an eye roll I needed to hurry I was greeted friendly and told if I needed anything I should ask. That was great service.

Computer salesman was very knowledgeable and took the time and patience to answer all my questions and I always have a lot of them

It's best buy. If you don't know what this place is you're probably new to America. It's a store that sells things from washing machines to laptops. They have tons of high school and recently out of highschool young people walking around waiting to help you that are moderately knowledgeable of their departments. They have some good deals, check their open box items for a slight discount (usually nothing to write home about though).

We were greeted immediately when we walked in the door. Made our way to the controllers where we were mildly saddened that the section had been cleared out. Suddenly, an employee appeared and asked if we needed any help with anything. I pointed at the employee rack and stated it appeared as though what we came for wasn't in stock. The employee was stellar, he asked for me to give him a moment so he could see if maybe there were a few stashed away. He was able not only locate one, but pulled out a ladder to retrieve it for me and made my check out process easier by ringing me up in the computer department. We were elated when we left.

I was very impressed with the selection and variety of home security cameras they had. The staff seemed very knowledgeable of the brands and selection as well. With Amazon these days it's easy to pass up going to an actual store, but I found it to be quite helpful to see the different items and to be able to discuss them with someone. Finding out about the pros and cons was nice. I made my selection and thanked the employee for all their help, made my purchase and left. I am very happy with the service I got at this store. I will be back.
