I wish I knew who did my last minute order for me. I forgot to order cupcakes for my daughter's class today. I called up there and a lady said she could squeeze my order in before she left at 11. She had them done in a hour or less. (Please dont be like me! Give them at least a 24hr advance) I ordered 24 of the whipped icing cupcakes. I added the toppers (they were from a birthday roblox set on amazon)

Big THANK YOU to Juanita in the floral department today. She asked me if had any questions and showed me a few great options for my ill daughter. Was not a big purchase but it made her smile. Great job HEB hiring people who care. Thanks again!!

I did not realize it, but I had dropped my purse on the floor while loading my car. Came back to look for it 30 min later. Somebody had dropped it off at lost and found with everything intact. Very great full! Thank you HEB and the amazing people that shop here.

I don’t normally shop here at this location, but I dropped by on my way home to pick up some flowers for my wife on her birthday. The flowers were beautiful, reasonably priced and they even threw in a cardboard stand so the vase wouldn’t fall over in the seat. Super pleased.

Always a delightful experience, shopping here. I've only ever had one negative experience with a staff member (personal shopper) but it wasn't bad enough to detract from the rating. Everyone who works here is always engaging, and remember us well enough that they take the time to say hello and ask how our day is going.

HEB is always awesome and trys to assist where ever they can with their customers. They have a great selection of HEB house brands that do not disappoint. The staff was ready to help find hard to locate items or offer suggestions for deli item to build a charcuterie board.

This is by far one of the best H-E-B's that I have shopped at! It is small, but yet full of product. They use their space well. Most of the employees are nice and helpful. Also, it seemed like their customers were nicer here (unless it was just a coincidence). It is very upkept and organized. You get can your flowers here, your garden plants, and pay with checks! I would come back here!

Although it's holiday time getting in and out was easy. The service was friendly always great service .Love Heb love what they stand for and put Texas first

I love this place. Meat quality is great. Prices are great. So many varieties to choose from.

Who doesn't like HEB? I mean, honestly, does that even exist? There was a time when I couldn't shop there because prices were so high. But now they have amazing in-store coupons and stackable deals. The produce is as fresh as the seafood. And if you didn't know, they'll even steam up those jumbo shrimp that you just bought. Give me some of those butter tortillas, and that's all that I'll ever need.

Kudos to Chris S in Curbside. Heard the young man speaking with a Galveston official on the phone. Very personable, kind and professional!!

Tonight my group of friends and I went to get a few snacks, and while checking out with cash the machine just glitched. We had to wait for an employee, and although it was busy. Cody was quick to our rescue. Love the type of customer service that H‑E‑B always provides.

Great store with helpful people and awesome attitudes even when the store is busy during the holiday season!

It's what you would expect from a HEB. They sell me groceries pretty good.

When in Galveston, I try to use this H-E-B. Sometimes, I settle for what is on the island, but I prefer this store.

Great store. Restrooms are always clean. I do inspect the restroom of each business i go to. You need to try the sliced jalapeño cheese bread from the deli. Great with burgers, sandwiches. On the weekend they have Mi Tienda tamales in the coolers you see around the store. Buy them!. You'll thank me..update 12/5/21.. HEB...bruh, what happened to the Mi Tienda tamales? I bought some of the HEB brand tamales today wrapped in foil. Five count for $10.99. I got home unpacked my groceries and opened the HEB tamales, and all 5 were raw mass, i couldn't even eat them. I wasn't about to go fight traffic just to get my $11 back. Was truly sad, might have cried a little as I threw my tamales away
.lol. seriously did hurt to throw away money.

My mom loves the selection and prices. The fresh veggies and fruit. The 15 minute meal deals are so good because they are quick and easy when you had a long hectic day. Cuts dinner for 1/2 people in half.

H-E-B!! Best grocery store around!! clean bathrooms and friendly staff! Love their prices and especially the reduced items *like little financial nuggets that make you smile* Overall, I would give higher score, but limited to 5 stars. Also love the layout of the store, easy to find what you need quickly - easy to get in and out.
