I went as a walk-in. I wanted to give JCPenney another try after a terrible experience I had at the Cedar hill location. Let me just say Annette was absolutely amazing. I absolutely loved my hair! Will definitely be back!

I went here for my first time today in search of going from a short Bob to a pixie cut after my stylist turned me away and told me that a pixie wouldn't work on my hair. LEX took care of me and made me feel so comfortable! I am so happy with my results!

Kennedy has been doing my hair for years, I’ve followed her from salon to salon and I will continue to go where she colors and cuts because why settle when I can have the absolute best!! I’m constantly being asked who and where I get it done and she’s the woman behind the magic!

Lexi did an AMAZING job with my hair. I had so much and it was becoming an issue with the Texas heat and Lexi took it and cut it and lightened it up. She put so much time and care into me and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. 10/10 recommend Lexi!

She was very conversational and made sure to fully understand what it is that I was wanting to get done. She checked the texture of my hair and evaluated what the best way to cut it was before touching her scissors. She walked me through the process to make sure that what she was doing was correct. She was very sweet and made sure that she fully understood my vision for the cut.

As for the performance, she was very skilled and experienced. I asked for a pixie/short bob which is one of her many expertise. She started by cutting my hair dry so that she could make sure it fell correctly when dry and volumized.

I was very impressed with the experiance. I felt welcomed, enjoyed the conversation and hospitality, and left very satisfied with my hair. The price was also very affordable. Great quality of service, 10/10. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I'm very satisfied with the results of my hair since Mrs. Stacey at JCPENNEY salon and I'm very careful about who touches my hair and I trust every decision she recommended, my hair is healthy, thick and strong and pass my shoulder. It had taken over 10years to find a stylist I could trust and didn't want to just cut my hair short for their convenience. My daughter and I booked appointments with Tyra and Trinity. Had a very enjoyable experience, both stylists were on time and did a great job. We left feeling refreshed and happy with our haircuts. Definitely recommend!

Kennedy did an amazing job on my hair. I came in with off the shelf dyed, frizzy hair, and left with perfectly blended, smooth texture. I was not expecting such a dramatic change. It would have been easier to chop it all off, but she listened to me, and kept it at a length that made me happy.

Stacey La Neish was wonderful as always. She was competent and knowledgeable of all products used on my hair and also very patient and extremely kind. She made me feel comfortable and confident to sit in her chair and allow her to do what she does best. She’s a real hair pro.

Lorelynn took my hair from drab with chunky McDonalds colored streaks to Extreme Makeover-worthy, beautifully blended locks! My first glimpse in the mirror nearly brought tears to my eyes. I absolutely love her work! The colorists made my experience so much fun. I enjoyed seeing the results other patrons were receiving, too. If you were on the fence, it's time to hop down and get your hair did!

Stacey does my hair and always does an excellent job. She is a true professional.

Mark colored and cut my hair. Did a excellent job! I was hesitant because i didnt know his work. Very pleased costomer! Abigail did my daughter s hair and she also did a excellent job on color! Excellent team work and customer service! Will be going back

This is my main place to get my hair cut or styled. They always do a really good job and in some cases it turns out better then i was expecting.
