Chick-fil-A

This Chick-fil-A is always busy, but the staff and managers work extremely hard to get everyone their food promptly and correct. Whether I dine in or use drive thru I'm always impressed with the food quality and effort. Just be patient and they will always take great care of you.

I've been visiting this Chick Fil A location 4+ times/week for over 10 years (sometimes for food, other times just for a tea). It's one of the very few places I trust not to get a mouthful of stale tasting tea, even if it's unsweetened! Not only is the customer service exemplary, but they have all made the conscious effort to learn the right way to say my name.

Chick Fil A is one of the most RELIABLE experiences out there. The same, quality food each time, and they don't go cheap on service. Even when they are busy you can get in and out quickly because they have lots of staff. THAT IS APPRECIATED

This is a very nice and well kept Chick fil a! There is a car line around the block at an off peak hour and the restaurant inside is pretty full. A very good attitude by the people here - smooth and well run location. The detail that gave it that extra star was the mouthwash, the trashcan (with sensor) and cup dispenser in the restroom and the actual plant in planter at every table. Not single stem rose or a small bunch of flowers, a planter - gives a "home" feel. The mouthwash in the restroom is a good addition if you need it. I can't tell you how many times I've had embarrassing breath at the wrong time. I probably wouldn't use it much, but having that option is a great touch! Since I don't have my kid around, I'm not checking out the play place, but from the large number of happy kids running around, I'd say it's just fine. I don't give out many 5 stars, but this location definitely deserves one! Thank you to Deb F. - a manager that was kind and explained how thorough they are.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Chick-fil-A in Waxahachie, Texas. I was very impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere.

The food was delicious. I ordered a couple of chicken sandwiches with waffle fries and a drink. The chicken sandwiches were perfectly cooked and juicy, and the waffle fries were crispy and flavorful. The drink was cold and refreshing.

The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure that our meal was perfect.The atmosphere was clean and inviting. The restaurant was busy, but it didn't feel crowded. We were able to get a table right away, and we were never rushed.

Overall, I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A in Waxahachie. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.

It was Memorial Day, so as a veteran I got a free mesl. My entire family got a free meal. As always we enjoyed the meal and the service was amazing.

They had an empty table set to honor the gets who never made it back home. I respect businesses that acknowledge our military, especially the vets. We'll certainly be back!

Awesome customer service. Staff is well versed in English. Excellent fresh food. Spotless. Relaxed ambience. Reasonable prices. Time spent in drive thru during peak periods isn't too long. Average 7 to 15 minutes.
Large sanitary Men and Women restrooms. WiFi. Fresh flowers on the table are a nice touch.

Once when I had a minor issue The owner, Philip Browne, took care of it post haste.

On one occasion we arrived 30 minutes before closing time. We didn't feel rushed. No one put chairs on top of tables or swept around our feet.

This establishment is a credit to Chick fil A. It's a pleasure in which to dine.

So I have to say that this Chick-fil-A has disappointed me more than once. We went on a trip on 10/27/2023 and stopped on the way out of town. We live in Midlothian and the Waxahachie location was on our way out. The drive through was busy but being Chick-fil-A we knew it would be quick. We ordered food for a family of 4. They order was missing both of my son's meals. I called and asked them to refund the meal and they said they couldn't due us not being physically there which I understood. They did put us into a "system" and said we can come back and either get a refund or they would remake the missing food.
Unaware that there was a 7 days policy (if they stated that when we called I didn't hear due to background noise of my car and the busy restaurant)
I went back Monday 11/06/2023 and tried to see if I was able to get the food remade and was told no because there was a 7 day limit of how long my name was in their system. I asked the very nice cashier to ask a manger if they could do anything and when the cashier asked the manager she couldn't be bothered and appeared to roll her eyes at the fact that we would ask them to go over the 7 day policy. As I stating before we don't live in Waxahachie so this was a "out of the way" trip and I was standing there with 2 kids and just at awe at the attitude of the manager. Normally managers walk up and address the customer and then explain why something happened. So now I paid for meals that I was rightfully owed and didn't get them.

Excellent chickfila. You know it's going to be a pleasant experience when the manager is outside busting food and talking with customers!! Wel done!!

My family and I adore this chain. My favorite meal is the Market Fresh Salad with a half & half tea. My kids love the kids menu and play place. Perfect place to treat them for good behavior and post games.

Chick-fil-A always gets it right. The food is always good, fresh, and I don't feel like it's unhealthy "fast food", just good food fast. The best thing about Chick-fil-A is the employees. Always polite, friendly, and respectful! These kids are well trained, and it's a pleasure to deal with any of them, inside the restaurant and outside as well. Thank you Chick-fil-A for instilling strong work ethics in our youth today, it's a rare thing anymore!

Always seems to be good. Service is fast and friendly. I like that they hire a lot of youth.

Can't really go wrong with the lord's chicken. Order online and pick-up is the way to go, their process is almost flawless here.

This place gives me the joy that nothing else compares to. If you work at Chick-fil-A or just eat there, I love you. + the sauce, fries, chicken, and even the flavour of the Mac and cheese has more magic than a childhood Christmas morning. I love Chick-fil-A the most.

Great food and friendly service. It’s one of the few fast food places that didn’t get worse after Covid.

We absolutely love Chick FIL A! I always order on the app while in my car, go inside and sit down and let the kids play while I wait literally less than 5 min for my food to get to the table! The staff is always super friendly and full of smiles! The drive through and parking updates have been awesome as well!

My order taken outside. I was able to pay outside and food ready when I got to the window. Chick-fil-A has it figured out. Fast food should be fast, not 20 minutes in drive-thru only to have your order messed up (other fast food restaurants). Wish I had a Chick-fil-A near me. Keep up the great work, Chick-fil-A. I will visit every chance I get!

Drive thru always worries me when line is terribly long but they always seem to knock the down in no time. I actually wasn't given my drink and had to go back for it and the manager was so nice to give me a cookie for having to go back for it. Nice people great salads!
