Five stars, if I could give more I would that's how great this law firm is. From the attorney to the legal assistant/paralegal Amanda they were wonderful.
Jesse Munguia went above and beyond, and fought so that we could have the best outcome for my case. He means business and don't be fooled he is so caring and listens to his clients but when he steps in the courtroom boy does he bring it! He gets the job done and does not play about his clients. He is aggressive and intelligent, and when you're in the courtroom that's who you need in your corner. I was very impressed. Highly recommend!

I just need to say that I have been dealing with Amanda for 5 years now. She is outstanding and knows the law. She has helped me with so much and taken so much off my plate. My family loves her and we all go to Jesse and Amanda for any legal stuff. She has gone beyond !

First off let me say Amanda & the ladies & the back bone of this firm! This firm has a amazing customer service team! They call back afterhours & even on weekends & do not let you down! Yes sometimes they be too busy but you will get that call back if you need them answers! They are very professional I have been a long on going client. Jesse and the entire staff are pretty amazing. I experienced both sides of this attorney. He was caring and listened and I 100% knew he had it handled. At the end of the day he did what was best for me and what I needed and made sure I was ok.The staff was always friendly and willing to help. However, when we stepped into the court room, his personality became stronger than steel. I was extremely impressed when it came down to business. ." He is "Simple," clear as possible. "Friendly," one hundred percent people person. "Direct," precise and to the point. His staff really held my hand through the whole process. Amanda, the office manager, truly utilized her knowledge within their law office. She definitely proved that this field is her calling. By nature she is extremely organized and a detail oriented individual. She has no issue with quickly identifying problems and their solutions. Jesse Munguia and Amanda his paralegal are amazing. My husband went through a terrible custody battle and they helped my husband get custody of his kids. Not only does he know how to fight but he has a paralegal that knows how to fight as well. She knows the law & she is top notch. Jesse is a true fighter in the courtroom! I remember the first consultation with Jesse we immediately hired him on the spot and gave the retainer fee. This was after seeing 2 other lawyers. We just felt reassured with Jesse! Jesse is a great attorney. He stays busy, so return calls can be a little delayed, but it has never affected my case. Just have your stuff ready to give to him and he gets straight to work. The ladies in his office are kind and have always been helpful. Yes, attorneys cost money and some nickle and dime you to death. I have found that Jesse's office uses retainers and further charges to their fullest dollar.

His capability arguing in court is outstanding. I have only used his services for the family court, but if criminal ever became a need, I wouldn't hesitate to hire him.

I used Munguia Law Firm to assist with a harassment of a debt collector. The debt was over 18 years old and the collector sent a constable to my home to try and collect on the debt or seize my assets. It was a $4400 debt that I had no recollection of. Needless to say Amanda Garcia and the team at Munguia Law Firm took care of the issue. They resolved it with one letter to the collector and It was over. So glad I used them and I was happy for the peace of mind to know they had my back. Very professional team and I recommend their services..

I Would like to thank the Munguia Law Firm on behalf of my daughter. My daughter was in a situation where she was locked up on a situation that she had taken care of. I'm not going to elaborate on it. Her situation had her locked up and she needed a lawyer and the court appointed lawyer had not gone and talked to her.
