The mayor and his police run this town like 30s/40s Germany, lying about traffic violations to harassing taxpaying homeowners.
City Government Crime runs deep in this town!
The State and the Feds need to investigate the whole city government!

It's very disappointing that a small town that should have small town values is guilty of setting speed traps. We were going north on Hwy 289 and as we got to the top of the bridge right before Brookshires, the speed limit changes to 45. Before we even crossed the speed limit sign, the officer perched just at the bottom of the hill was already in motion. As soon as my husband saw the speed limit sign, he hit his brakes to start slowing down.

This ticket cost us $190, $202.95 with processing fee, and we would have fought this ticket if we weren't heading out on a cross country trip before the court date.

Shame!
