My wife Alexandra and I worked with Desiree to find the right house for us. Not only was she a knowledgeable professional capable of answering my endless questions, but she was a pleasure to work with. She was flexible with her time, enabling my wife and I to maximize what little time we had available to find a home. She was knowledgeable about the areas we were looking in, which was invaluable as my wife and I are new to the area. She wasn’t pushy, and didn’t seem to have any objective other than meeting our needs. We would highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase.

I am a transplant from another state relocating to Texas to be closer to family. Moving from one state to another is not without challenges but my agent Desiree Carter (Desi) was fantastic.
Even though I was not sure what type of home I wanted, single family or condominium, we began the search. After seeing twenty properties with Desi, I decided on a new build.
I was not easy, and I changed my mind five times during this process, Desi always adapted along with me. She even helped me obtain credit from the builder and was my representative at the final walk through with the builder.
One major problem at the final walk through was a damaged range hood caught by Desi and her team. Thanks to them a new range hood was installed before I moved in.
Desi advocated for me in making sure that I had the support I needed throughout the process of purchasing my new house. With Desi and her team communicating during the process I was able to feel comfortable making all the decisions. The customer service was exceptional and the staff at Keller Williams were extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
If you are contemplating purchasing property in Texas, I strongly recommend Keller Williams for any real estate needs you may have.

So I just so happened to stumble upon Ms. Desiree Carter at Keller Williams Realty. I found a house I liked on Zillow, but couldn’t find any contact info to have someone show me the house. I used the “Find a local realtor” feature within Zillow and was connected with Desiree. She was amazing! Our agent, Desiree Carter, was fantastic! She's a real people-person and that makes her great at her job. You can tell she really loves what she does. On our first meeting, she walked us through the entire homebuying process, explained what to expect in the current market, and answered all our questions, helping us find both a superb lender and a seasoned inspector. She was basically a tour guide on our home search adventure. She worked with us through several home viewings and offered useful advice along the way. When we found the home we wanted, Desi got with the sellers right away. They loved her too, which I'm sure is why they decided not to seek further offers. Desi orchestrated every step of the closing, keeping us constantly updated with texts and emails. She did everything from start to finish exceptionally well. My wife and I are going to miss her.
