CVS

I have been filling my medicine here and I feel they have great staff, especially, Christine. My doctor constantly forgets to put things on the scripts she calls in and CVS fixes it quick and no delay in receiving my prescription. I also receive text alerts about when I have medicine ready. I have not had any trouble with CVS, they go out of their way to make sure I get my scripts on time. Most people I noticed who leave a review are so quick to blame the pharmacy when there is trouble with their scripts. But most of the time the problem is really with the doctor and CVS is the one fixing the doctor's mistake, while being hassled by the customer like it was their fault. Overall, this is a great pharmacy and it will continue to be the place I get my medicine.

I was at this place last night was greeted when I came in, was bebopping along just doing some retail therapy and overhear this customer at the self check out trying to figure it out. Couldn’t be more simplified. The employee was trying her best to show him, actually doing it for him and he continues to huff and puff, called her a “dumb a**” and rushes out. Folks cry all day long about how horrible customer service is but customers like this make those horrible employees. kudos to that young lady who kept it together and was still professional.

Given all that we throw at them, I think the staff is doing pretty well. No doubt management could do better. Maybe talk with other stores on best practices. My fiancee got his COVID vaccine here along with several COVID tests beforehand, all at this location. We made an appointment online (pretty standard nowadays) and it was pretty quick. Keep the staff you have and hire a few more people to staff the store so people don't have to come here to whine about having to wait during a pandemic.

I came an hour before close with 3 news prescriptions and Matthew was able to get my prescription filled and ready in less than 30 minutes. He was kind, patient and courteous. The best! Thanks Matthew!

We got our covid booster today. It was a very good experience checking in online. The young man that gave us our shots was very pleasant. We were in and out in just minutes.

I just spoke to a very nice and helpful young lady named Ren. She filled a phone order, called when it was ready and brought it out to my handicapped husband. They don't even have curbside pickup. Give that girl a raise and a promotion. Good service is becoming so rare.

I can honestly say I have not had a bad experience with them. I wish I could reward them for their outstanding customer service. Thank you for being patient, kind, & almost always having a smile on your face. 💜✝✝✝💜

Came buy to get prescriptions and a few other things. Matthew in the pharmacy was very helpful, friendly, and professional. This is why I will definitely be back.

Best pharmacy I've ever used. The pharmacist Wayne is the best and nicest pharmacist you will ever know. There staff and techs are amazing people as well. 10 stars in my book

I didn’t happen to catch the guys name at the pharmacy but this taller dark haired gentleman helped me to locate covid tests super sweet and he was a lot of help
