Gentlemen's Barbershop and Emporium

Just went here for the first time and we will definitely be back to see Andrew. No one has ever spent as much attention to detail on my son's haircut. This quaint barber shop is inside a historic home and has a very welcoming vibe. Andrew was super professional and a joy to talk to. Five 🌟 10/10 would recommend!

Go for a beard trim. Been looking high and low and now I’ve found one that does it how I like. Melissa is awesome!

Augustine is the best! He has done both my bonus son and my 2 year old's hair cut! Turns out perfect everytime!

Took my 3 year old there for his cut, which was only his 2nd haircut in his life. Krystal was AMAZING with him... very patient and did what she could to make him feel good. Loved the job she did and will definitely be going back!

Being new to waxahachie the barber named Andrew was very friendly and welcoming from the moment he started cutting my hair he has a true passion and you can feel that energy when you walk in that place! definitely recommend five out of five stars thank you Andrew I really appreciate you! This place was great! Krystal was awesome. She cut my 3 yo hair, and myself. It was a very cool shop. Love that they still use the straight razor and know how to fade. Highly recommend!!

Kristal did an amazing job on my hair and beard. She took a lot of care in understanding what I wanted (it was my first time here) and hit it spot on! She was very nice to talk to and provided all the services you Dont always get (e.g. straight-razor trim and cleanup, hot towels, etc.).

My first time at this location, but I went here to see Melissa, who had cut my hair several times at another location. She always seems to remember me and how I like my hair cut, and I appreciate that greatly as it is hard to find a barber like that. It's not super expensive and I prefer it over any of those mass haircut places that cut hair for $10. Go here and ask for Melissa and you should be happy in the end.

Melissa does a great job of listening to what you want and making it happen. Very personable. I’m very happy with the haircut and experience. Both women here are extremely nice and professional. I had arrived in the lot first but some guy practically ran to the door to be first to the door. Kristal apologized to me when she found out from another person getting a haircut. I didn’t mind the wait, but the way she approached me and apologized just goes to show these people care about their customers.

My all time favorite barbershop. Separate rooms for each customer. Superb service. This is a particularly clean and pleasant establishment run by absolute professionals. Very reasonable prices for a full range of styling choices. I especially enjoy the hot towel and shave. I definitely recommend this business to every gentleman who is serious about their appearance.

I came to Gentlemen’s Barbershop & Emporium 6+ months ago for the first time, and have been returning ever since. Krystal always does an amazing job, and makes me feel like I’m not just getting another generic haircut. I highly recommend this place, and I recommend seeing Krystal. Appointments are best, and I advocate using TheCut app to get setup.

Hands down best place to get a haircut. Melissa cuts my hair and does amazing work and I will never go anywhere else. Augustin doesn’t even cut my hair, but is extremely friendly and from what I’ve seen has great work too! A++++

Kristal is very professional, a real barber. She asks what you want, listens, makes recommendations and then does a fantastic job. I've had a lot of beard trims but never one where the barber paid that much attention to detail. I will definitely be back as I've found myself a real, old school barber that knows how to get sharp straight lines.

This was my first time visiting the Gentlemen's Barbershop in Waxahachie and Melissa did not disappoint. She did a great job on my hair and even took care of my son's hair which needed to be fixed after a bad cut at another local shop. Thank you the ladies of Gentlemen's Barbershop for such a pleasant experience.

Krystal did an amazing job, she knows her craft and knows it well. She is a master with her clippers as well as the blade(straight razor). I will gladly make the drive for the quality of service at a very reasonable price!

Took my brother-in-law in for a straight razor hair cut. (Hard to find a barber who still does that type of cut). Melissa did an awesome job. We will definitely make the trip to Waxahachie again. They are located in a cool old house. Lot of charm and great vibes.

First time here and won’t be the last. Excellent service, great attention to detail, and really worked for the right look. I was going to go to another barber in town but they were booked for weeks, glad I stumbled upon this place. Can’t recommend enough.
