Mita's Coffee House & Fine Food

I’m from out of state, came into visit some family and this was the closest coffee shop to me. My expectations of a small local coffee shop were blown out of the water! This place is amazing! The staff is super friendly, informational, and helpful! The food has no right being this good for a coffee shop! And I was even more surprised the second time I came back when I realized they had a winter coat drive sitting in their patio area making it easy for anyone to come donate! That warmed my heart seeing the coat drive! I think this shop does a lot for their community not only with a local AMAZING business. But additional support with clothing drives.

Cute little coffee shop in downtown. Was a great place to pop in for a pick me up as we explored the town. They have WiFi and lots of seating too.

I’ve lived in Corsicana for about two years and stopped by Mita’s for the first time ever. I was in need of a quick lunch, and this place was great! Ordered the Smoked salmon grilled cheese, it was Delicious!!! I decided to try their matcha latte with a pump of sugar free vanilla, and it was also delicious and tasted super fresh/natural. I loved it more than my usual matcha order at Starbucks. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, I came alone which is always nerve wrecking for me, but I enjoyed my meal and never felt rushed to leave. There’s also plenty of seating, and customer service was great :)! I will definitely come back when I get the chance again!

Excellent coffee, sandwiches & quiche. Outdoor seating when the weather is nice, and a nice, open, rustic feel inside. If you've ever traveled and had REALLY good coffee, you'll appreciate this place.

Joy is from God! He gives us people and things that remind us of Him and therefore bring us joy! I've found Mita's to be one of those places and my girlfriend to be that person!
Mita's was an unexpected delight!
My girlfriend and I went during a trip to Corsicana to spend time with her friends. When I looked up coffee shops in Corsicana, it was the first option - and it's truly deserving of that! It's entrance makes it feel like a hidden gem. It's design/decor is tailored to bring people comfort. The servers are so polite and patient. Since it was our first time there, I asked for recommendations. The barista serving us, Lilith, did a great job and recommended me the Onyx Delight latte. I decided on that with almond milk - made for a tremendous combination (not too sweet and still strong)!! We also got an almond croissant which was a pleasantly delicious! We decided to eat outside on the outdoor patio (highly recommend unless it's super hot out 🥵)! The inside was was nice, with plenty of chairs, tables and one couch area that makes for amazing pics or vids (Check out the video)! We came back later to shoot a funny video at the front couch area and found out it's a owned by a Christian!

Makes your coffee exactly how you want it. Price is similar to coffee shops in the area. I would describe the interior as both rustic yet atmospherically modern; definitely nails the hipster vibe many coffee people associate themselves with. They also offer interesting dining options, my favorite being their salmon/avocado/cheese sandwich thing. Great stuff!

Mitas is so charming and so delicious. The lady that works there was super fast, made delicious coffee, food AND working solo at the same time. I came to Mitas after having a not so good coffee down the road and came hoping to find better coffee to start my day off right. I ordered a caramel white chocolate breve and breakfast tacos. She had my coffee ready in less than 4 minutes all while waiting on other customers and cooking food. It was delicious! Creamy breve full of flavor and breakfast tacos that hit the spot. Thank you!

Oh my... have you ever heard of a Hallmark Movie type of place ??! Well, this is the way this place feels and looks like. The service is excellent and the drinks are amazing. You should stop by this nice, quiet and cozy place. You’ll love it.

If you’re in the area and looking for great coffee, pastries and food - Mita’s Coffee House & Fine Foods. The atmosphere is great and the perfect spot to relax, have a meeting or get work done. Service is also fantastic and quick.

I had a cortado and an onyx latte. The experience was excellent as the barista was very friendly and did not mind going over the menu with me and letting me know what her favorite drink was. The onyx latte was the perfect latte! Loved it!

Gem of a coffee shop in the cool town of Corsicana, TX - that feels a lot like you've stepped back to the 1950s. Modern coffee shop, super comfortable and cozy feel and ambiance, great service, super friendly and helpful staff. Food looked really good too - looked "quality" and lovingly prepared. Coffee was delicious. I got Cold Brew, Americanos, and Espresso shots. All very tasty. They also have some exhibits in the back of orphaned children from other countries they're trying to assist in getting sponsored. Looks Christian run and owned. Very interesting and cool art on the walls as well. Again - super cool, comfortable place, with a great ambiance, really good coffee, and friendly staff.

Met the sweet owner who loves coffee and baking. Her shop is clean, minimalist, and peaceful. The young lady who made my cappuccino listened as I lamented about not being able to get the cute heart art as mine would be a to-go drink. Well, the picture of my to-go cappuccino shows that she is awesome!!! Breakfast tacos were really good too! I will be going back!

Love me some Bree!!! Best barista ever. Really "full" tasty drinks, and yummy pastries. Kinda trumps Starbucks for me. Only coffee I buy☕✌

My smoked salmon grilled cheese was delicious! My husband loved the side of marinated cucumbers! All our coffees were great too!

Great food, great staff, and great vibes! Go here about twice a week. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a great place to visit while in town!

I love this place! When I am in town and need a place to do some work, or when i just want to have a little caffiene with my sugar and cream... This is the place!

Stopped by for a coffee and was happily served by sweet ladies! Cozy environment too. Will have to come back when the virus blows over to get the full atmosphere.

Outstanding coffee shop! Nearly all coffeeshops fit into one (or both) of two categories: hipster and Christian. This is in the latter category. Went in the late afternoon to get some homework done; the environment was perfect: quiet, not too many folks, gentle contemporary Christian music, friendly staff. The place is very clean. I ordered an iced mocha, which was 10/10—no sourness or 'bite' at all.

If I lived in Corsicana, I'd probably be here every day.
