Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin South-Buda, an IHG Hotel

Nice place to stay but the room next to mine always had the door proped open with the security latch. I think someone was staying in the room at night since that was the only time it was closed. It really bothered me because I don't think the manager knew about it but I do think someone did, since the maid cleaned the room every day.

The facility itself is good but the staff was absolutely amazing. One of the front desk workers named Lacey is the most wonderful person we have ever worked with in a hotel. My boyfriend and I were in a car accident during our stay there and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, even in the middle of the night. One of the maintenance workers helped wrap my boyfriends broken arm just so he could shower. Extremely kind, extremely hospitable, and we would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Lacey for watching out for us, we won’t forget your kindness. 😊

The lobby was very nice and clean. They have multiple options for drinks and it looks like the breakfast would be pretty comprehensive as well. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I could definitely spend a decent amount of time staying at this location if need be.

Excellent service. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the beds were probably the most comfortable I haver ever slept on. The breakfast choices were tasty and varied. Many thanks to the staff of the Buda Holiday Inn Express. When we go on vacation next year, I hope there will be a Holiday Inn Express available along our route.

I recently stayed in Buda, TX at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites. I was there for a wedding, there were quite a few of us staying there. Check in was at 3, there was a problem with the shuttles from the hotel to the venue. Raj at the front desk was super accommodating, he made sure we could check in early in order to make the transportation arrangements work. This experience is one of the best I've had. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The beds were big, and comfy. So if you ever need to stay in Buda, I highly recommend this place!!!

Stayed here for a night last week and liked it a lot! Nice and clean, friendly people, and VERY comfortable beds. One of the best Holiday Inn's I've stayed in. Yolanda was very helpful and gave us a great rate. The hotel was in a little corner away from Austin night noise so to speak, but very accessible to the highway so that the next morning was hassle free on our way back home to North Texas.

Wonderful front desk Personnel. Very insightful and Intelligent. It's a very nice Change from the Drones that man the Front Desk at this Hotel Chain....Honesty ,is the only Policey. Here and wonderfuly welcomed by me.
Any way..My Best Wishes if you follow my lead and chose this location.

Absolutely superb stay..... I have had to be here for 2 weeks while my tractor truck was getting fixed. They are directly across the street from the Kenworth dealership! I have gotten to know the staff quite well. Maria the manager is just sweet as can be..... And I can honestly say that her sweetness ain't coming from her hospitality training..... She and her staff are awesome people! They offer a very good spread of a hot breakfast and just about everything in between. They technically have places truckers can park their rigs to stay, but certainly would be a HUUUGE bonus if they acquired the land available in front of them for truck parking...... I will keep this place on my short list. Thanks!

Stayed for 5 nights in the business suite for work in San Marcos. No complaints besides terrible cell phone reception and limited tv channels for some reason. Def more on the list of positives. I had my treadmill to run on with tv, comfortable beds, meticulous cleaning daily to the room, great customer service the few times I needed it, and a hearty complimentary breakfast...had a pretty good selection if you ask me. Every Danish I've ever seen, biscuits/muffins, cinnamon rolls, sausage, scrambled and hard boiled eggs...the list goes on. Stayed in the winter so not sure about the pool. I would def stay again

This place is under various stages of remolding. The room had wall paper peeling with mold behind it. The fridge was not working and not replaced as promised. The room was not made and we had to ask for fresh towels and toiletries when we returned late at night.

All around a great stay. Hotel was clean and accommodating, the room was a lot bigger than expected and layed out great. Great value for the price if you don't mind driving a little longer to get into the thick of Austin.

The best night's sleep I've ever had at a hotel! The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. My only complaint with the hotel is how slow the elevator was. Everything else was fantastic!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Had some issues due to hurricane Harvey and the staff was very accommodating in resolving them. Nice facility, comfortable beds, would definitely stay there again on my next visit!

All three rooms we currently have rented were very clean, very nice condition, sanitized, and front desk staff was very helpful when I made a mistake and didn't fix reservation from 1 day to 10 days.

Every time I come to this area, this is where I stay... Grear rooms, really friendly staff, and a great breakfast. Weather I'm going to be here a day or a week its always the same great service. Hands down the best hotel around here!

This hotel was a great alternative to downtown Austin, and is only about 10 mins South of the city amd is right off 35. The rooms were big and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Overall this was a great stay and I'd recommend this over many other spots!

I used one of their conference rooms for a training class and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. The staff were helpful and friendly and the Sales Manager, Maria, was a gracious hostess! I will definitely come back!

Very nice. Blessed to have had a clean room, Good breakfast and friendly staff. Kids enjoyed the pool after a long day on the road

Room was clean and updated and bed was comfortable. It was only about 15 minutes from downtown austin but the price was way cheaper than it would've been to stay anywhere downtown
