The cleanest and nicest storage I’ve seen in Cibolo! Shirley is amazing and got me signed up for exactly what I wanted. Signing up and paying is super easy and user friendly. Storage units were very clean and in exceptional condition. They also have a light and outlets. 10/10 recommend!

Clean units imaginable price I love that the unit is really big . Good people take care of us. Everything is clean. I like it has power in the unit and it’s good for my business recommended to anybody that wants to start a business.

This is absolutely the best storage place I have used over the years. Clean units with high ceilings, access to electricity; and they use barrel locks which are almost a must in this day and age. They are also located in a very convenient area. They get 5 stars from me.

I am a longtime tenant and have always been happy with my unit and how convenient the location of the property is for me, but could honestly not be more ecstatic and thrilled about the new management and especially the new property manager, Shirley. She is very friendly, professional, personable, courteous and extremely customer service driven. She has gone above and beyond to ensure my happiness and satisfaction as a customer and tenant and I could not be happier with my experience since she came on board. She and the company genuinely care about their tenants and their needs. A very unique and nice “breath of fresh air” experience in storage rental.

We are in the process of moving to this storage facility from where we are now and we have had a pleasant experience . The unit is closer to our home and more affordable, the property is well kept and the management has been wonderful. Ms Shirley answered all our questions,was very knowledgeable and showed us the unit and the property. Shirley was lovely to visit with and helped with my questions from the online rental process. Colossal Mini Storage is the best! Large spacious storage units with high ceilings & large entrance doors! Plenty of room between storage units! The staff is very friendly and Shirley is the BEST!! I wouldn’t use any other Mini Storage!!

New management is outstanding! It is so nice and conforting to have someone on property handling things in person. Shirley really takes care of her tenants and it is a great piece of mind having her there if you need anything.

Management is awesome. They are always willing to work with you if any problems arise. The grounds are kept clean and if anything breaks it’s promptly taken care of. I highly recommend this storage which is why I’ve maintained a faculty here for over 10 years. New management has made the transition easy and I am looking forward to my future with the company.

I have had a unit for 8 years. Clean units and premises. Shirley is a great manager. Very helpful and always returns calls prompty.

Been tenets for several years. Not only do we store our items there but also live directly behind it. Never had any concerns about safety or cleanliness of the facility. I would definitely recommend Colossal storage. The size options of the units are better than most any other.

We have been renting with Colossal for around a decade. We have seen complaints, which tend to be old complaints before they changed the locking system. The property is well lit, the units are pretty secure and I have access no matter what time of the day it is. I just can't believe more companies haven't followed this "colossal" concept with the larger units.

New management is much better! They are very friendly, you can pay with a credit/ debit card online.
I enjoy being able to get in any time 24/7, 365 days. If I need to get my Christmas decorations at 4am or 11pm, I can! (I'm never locked out or locked in. As I have been at other locations.)
The units are individually lighted. Located in Schertz/ Cibolo area which is mostly a safe area. They have large doors and are easy to get to with a U-Haul.

Been at this storage for 5 years best priced units for the size. Customer service is great!
