Have gone several times and staff not very people friendly or helpful. Today staff busy gossiping on a fellow staff member which is not professional. Asked for help and was told to look at a certain area by the wave of her hand. Last week did get help from a wonderful staff which had great people skills. The two today were lacking in people skills.

This happen at the one in Harlingen, Texas. Poor service, not friendly they need to greet and smile to customers. I ask a question to one of the employees and she was not to happy cause I bothered her, NEVER GOING BACK nor my family
