I am lender and have worked with Chris and his buyers on several occasions. He is always ready to work as a team member; he is a consummate real estate professional. Example of his leadership and roll-up the sleeves attitude...On a recent closing we had together his buyer initially decided to work with a different lender who bailed just 10days prior to closing. His borrower reached out to me in a bit of a panic mode. I reached out to Chris and explained we could finance the deal but would need additional time. He immediately coordinated with the listing agent, explained the situation, introduced us and negotiated an extension allowing for a smooth transition and eventual closing. It's a pleasure to work with someone of his work ethic and team member attitude! He's the best and makes it happen!

Chris is professional, communicates well and has a good network. It was a tiring process with the crazy market but Chris made it easy for us. We were bit skeptical at first because Chris is based in Denver and we are in Houston but it didn’t make a difference. Everything was well communicated and he was easy to reach at any time. We went on showings over the weekends and within a day he would find a showing agent for the houses we wanted to see. We had many showings and chris never complained. Even during the closing process he was on top of everything.
