Their women parts service manager Vanessa Matu was great at what she does, got us the needed parts for our 2 reclining chairs from the manufacturer at no cost to us. Awesome Customer Service !

Mom and I have been there a few times, they greet you from as soon second you walk in. They have great customer service (sales professionals, as well). Had a little problem with an Item We purchased and with a few hours they brought a new replacement. Melissa in finance makes you so welcome and is a amazing customer service leader. Even the delivery guys were very respectful and polite. Great all around.

Well, judging after seeing the negative comments, I would have to disagree. From the moment my wife and I walked in, the saleswoman was very proffessional and polite. I had brought photos of a sofa I had seen at Ashley and she led us to, what looked like a giant IPad. They had the entire Ashley catalog there. It was amazing. 50% of what we purchased that day were for that device. The credit department was great as well. When we received the furniture, the dining table had some dings to them, i called their service department and by Friday I had a new table. I'm starting to think, the other comments were created to deter future customers. The service was great! The staff was great! Delivery and set up were great! Service dept were great as well. I definitely recommend this place. They make you feel like family. If you live popcorn, you'll love that store. God bless.

Unfortunately the store is going out of business. We bought a quality mattress for a really good price.

My parent's love their sofa set. Great service they answered all of questions and the delivery was on point, the gentleman were very nice and very careful while bringing the sofas in. I highly recommend them great prices too.

Valentin was super attentive. Helped us by finding the right item that was within our budget. Could see he enjoys his job. Looking for a bedroom set later on. Will definitely be back. FREE POPCORN!!!
