Brittany Richardson helped me close on my first home ever and it feels great! As a first-time homebuyer, I needed a lot of assistance and guidance, and she was there for me every step of the way. Going in, I had an idea of what I wanted, but she showed great patience as I was still unsure on some aspects. In fact she helped me get a clearer picture of what I wanted by showing me listings that I may not have otherwise thought about. She also showed tremendous knowledge in the market areas where we were looking. For every showing, she came in prepared with research which made the process easier and quicker. She assisted me with finding the perfect home, and got me an amazing deal on it! She negotiated the home under list price and under appraisal value! You can’t ask for a better deal! From our very first phone call, I could tell right away that she was genuinely set and motivated on helping me find exactly what I wanted. From that phone call, she assisted me with a referral to a great mortgage loan originator; so within the first 24 hours of speaking to her I already had a preapproval letter! She also assisted me in finding an awesome home inspector and even helped me pick the home warranty package, which she negotiated in my favor by the way. I really appreciate her responsiveness; whether it was late at night or early in the morning, she was there! She kept me informed of every step in the process and was attentive to all my questions. Although this was business, she made everything feel very welcoming and open. She helped alleviate the pressures that come with buying a home. I feel that she definitely went above and beyond as my realtor in literally every category. I’ll recommend Brittany Richardson to anyone that is looking to buy or sell!
