$50 dollars cash for a DOT Physical. No credit cards accepted. First time CDL you don’t need anything just the drivers license. Drink water. You need to provide a urine sample. Easy to find. Closed for lunch and open in the afternoon from 1:30 PM to 3:00 PM. Front desk receptionist is organized. Keeping track of calls and the number of potential visitors on the way. Not outrageously long wait times. It all depends on the amount of visitors. Friendly front desk. No nonsense. Straight forward answers. Gave me directions to 2 of the nearest ATMs with no problem. No appointment needed. Walk-ins welcomed. 45 minute total in and out. Doctor visit is to the point. Straight forward. No nonsense. 👍🏼

Awesome fun doctor great DOT exam for medical card, when he pulls out the hammer he hits himself instead of hitting you lol joking. Come on over here trucking buddies you'll like this doctor and staff.
