T-Ghost Smash burgers and BBQ

I ordered the 3 meat plate. You get to choose which meats you want. I got turkey, pork ribs and brisket. You also get to choose 2 sides, I got mac and cheese and fideo! BBQ sauce was provided but not needed the meat had a great smokey flavor. Very friendly service and extremely delicious food. I will definitely order again!

Food here never disappoints. I drive an hour each way on Sundays for their barbacoa. Their fajitas are always fall apart tender and chicken is amazing! First time trying Shiner beans and I will be back for more!

Quite possibly the best burgers in the Rio Grande Valley. The Eatery is a nice, family friendly, food truck park, and T-Ghost is definitely one of the main attractions. Highly recommend.

I came specifically for the smoked barbacoa and decided to try their carnitas, as well. I was not disappointed with either. Very moist and terrific flavor; you’ll get what you pay for. It is definitely worth the drive if you are out of town. I will definitely come back to try out the rest of their menu.

This truly is representative of the Valley's BBQ. Pork Belly burnt ends that are like meat candy that melts in your mouth. Carnitas tacos that are moist and dressed up how I like them. And that brisket. Man. Perfectly seasoned prime brisket stacked beautifully on a toasted bun. Josh, you've done it again, brother!

I have purchased food more than once from this wonderful BBQ place and I am never disappointed in the food they deliver. Delectable menu, exquisite barbacoa, a professional and friendly environment. T-Ghost is the epitome of Texas BBQ. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely THE best brisket that I have had in the RGV area! Possibly on their way to being one of the Texas top 10! The prices are NOT too steep. Priced just right for the quality and massive serving size. Believe me, wholesale food prices are not much better for restaurants and the paper products are ridiculously high. The guys are really nice and don't mind jawing with a retired Chef. Thanks guys! I'll be back.

I've been following their Facebook page for a while and the pictures are always drool worthy. Finally got to try this place today. My husband picked up some smash burgers. These things are SO GOOD! If you're in the Weslaco area or if you just need a bite for lunch or dinner go check out T-Ghost! Don't sit in another drive thru...go and support these guys! Go and support local!

I have always loved T-Ghost. Their smash burgers are amazing. If you like that, but are a little hungrier, try the triple smash. Absolutely delicious!!! 5 out of 5 Totally recommend this establishment.

The "Sunday Favorite" which has 1.5 lbs of their barbacoa, tortillas, and salsa was awesome! The meat was very very good! We also tried their "breakfast bars" and my kids approve! I would highly recommend

The BBQ was the best I've had south of the Hill Country. I got the 3 meat plate with moist brisket [amazing flavor and was falling apart with the tenderness], turkey [flavorful and moist], and pork ribs [fell off the bone clean] with a side of macaroni and potato salad which were also amazing. My only disappointment was that I wasn't told even the smells would be delicious and I had to pull over into a random parking lot to eat because I couldn't resist the smell.

Definitely the best local spot to get mesquite smoked barbacoa. One of the more noticeable aspects of the barbacoa, besides the smokey flavor, is the expertly trimmed cut of beef cheeks. The beef cheeks have a high fat content but I never get those nasty clumps of non-rendered fat. The traditional barbecue is excellent as well, with the team creating a variety of dishes for those wanting a bit more flair than the Texas Trinity. The menu changes so following T-Ghost on social media will help you keep an eye on the latest offerings. Good folks, good eats, and definitely a spot folks should visit.

I've tried many items on their menu and I haven't been disappointed. My favorite it's their Smokey pulled pork pozole. I am not of fan of pozole but for some reason this one always hit the spot and taste really good. My usual visits it's on Sundays. I have to get up early to get some pozole or their amazing smoked barbacoa(need cheek). It's manned by 2 man crew, husband and wife, so line can accumulate. In order to get good food at times you have to wait, and this is it. Always friendly and with a smile.

We are hard to impress, and I must say the burger was absolutely delicious. Delicious and perfectly seasoned! Highly recommend.

Smash Burgers mmmmmmmmmmmm great place to eat!

Today was the First Time my family and I were able to have some, thanks to church friends who blessed us with this Smoked Barbacoa, and we were blown away at how great it tasted! The texture, flavor, and smoke aroma (coupled with the hot corn tortillas and the camp fire salsa) made it a very delicious meal for breakfast! Thank you, friends! And ‘Thank You’, T-Ghost! God’s blessings and grace over you and yours in The Name of Jesus!
