I was greeted with a smile and a friendly feeling. Was helped with everything I needed. Was patient and friendly. My first time here and I felt like I was very welcomed. Thank you .

Never had any problems with the post office in my hometown since I've been living in corsicana friendly people working and my packages always get to me from where I get them from I definitely enjoy doing buisness with them

I have an online store and send out a lot of packages. I can tell the location is under staffed but they are always friendly and helpful. I have never had an issue with a delivery.

Socrates helped me today and he was very pleasant and helpful, appreciate the great service!

Our delivery route person, depending on the day and who is driving, can range between good to down right pitiful. I mean, I've taken photos of our mailboxes (ALL of our mailboxes on our entire street) being left open with mail in it during a rainstorm so that the mail gets soaked. I brought those pictures to the postmaster and I can assume that he was far from OK with that. Other times, mail may be deliberately thrown in the ditch in front of the mailbox by the driver...which has happened to us.

However, despite really awful delivery drivers out here, I do have to say that the office workers AT the post office, physically, are really decent people to deal with. I've never had anyone get rude with me, or be anything less than professional and courteous. So, that is a redeeming quality in my eyes.
