My experience here was great. Sheila 2nd shift at shipping office made everything go smoothly as I waited for email confirmation to get loaded!

I don't know what all the negative criticism is about had a 1200 o'clock loadout time I was in at 1030am security super quick lady at desk was very nice professional aswell only in their 7 minutes assigned a door at 10:50 am was being loaded at 11.00 no problems out by 11:45 am that's quicker then anywhere else in dallas

My delivery was at noon. I checked in 1030 and asked if I can upload early so I can make it to Dallas by 1400 . The lady said I don't think that's possible there's 4 trucks before you and unloading us 2 to 3 hours. she gave me a door and I was just about to cancel my next pu when I felt the forklift at 1150 going fast. Trailer was double stacked nose to door and I was out of the gate 1255 so I can't really complain.

Best best app 12.00pm ,came 8.40 am check in nice workers, clean restroom, 2 min give dock

I just delivered here 11am appointment showed at 10am the security guard was awesome so nice & the girl in office was super cool so friendly right on a door out paperwork in hand by 11:10
So I have absolutely no complaints nice place plenty of room to back in...

Appointment at 7am no early arrivals you can sleep on the streets. Trailers all around the yard spots are tight but if you know how to park don't worry 2 hours to get unloaded

i was late for pickup and there was some mis match with PU number and guard shack was not letting me check in as i told him let me park and call broker for correct number,at that time warehouse manager shawn came to me and said how can we help you i explain him everything and he doubled check and let me check in and they gave me dock.shawn was very humble and nice to me,thankyou so much for that good service shawn,god bless you.

I was late delivering a load. I was misinformed for times. The ladies were awesome in the office. I followed the rules, I was gracious. They told me to chill out on curb line and come back in 5 hours. I was grateful they let me chill there, they were super nice. Afterwards and I was unloaded, they let me finish 30 min on my split break. They were great, because I was great. Good attitude goes a l ok ng way even if it's bad news. Love this place.

Delivered Saturday 23rd. Guard was very nice. Got to check in and Alecia was one of the nicest Ladies I've ever met. Had me in a door and out of there in less than an hour. Great people....

Fast and efficient check-in and check-out also the loading didn't take forever pretty much standard. 2 hour loading time, but very nice people.

Great people, easy instructions. Some minor construction in the parking lot (in front of my dock) but nothing impossible to park. I hope I come back here with another load.

I’ve delivered about 6 loads so far at this place and I simply love it. From the guard, to the lady at the check in office. Never had any issues. Thank you very much you guys.

Quick delivery. In and out in less than 2 hours. Arrived at 5am, they began unloading at 6. Bills in hand at 6:40

Took awhile to load but it was high piece count. 3 hours here total but they put me in a dock 7 hours before my appointment so can't complain.

Really quick and easy check-in check-out process. Normal loading times not excessive though. Easy in and out.

Nice people. Showed up an hour early. Immediately in a door. About 2.5 hours to load.

Real fast in and out.The workers are nice people.No overnight parking for truckers.There is 4 truck stops within 30 miles.

One of the best places to pick up a load enough space for turning, quick in and out and people are efficient and courteous.

Guys in the wearhours fast and friendly but Overnight guard the face Piercing guy he is rude and bad attitude.....👉have street parking. Good luck guys
