My experience with Renee at Bassett was wonderful. She did a fantastic job in explaining everything and made a house call to make sure we buy the right furniture for our living room. Looking forward to enjoying my sectional and sofa.

I would like to take this time to say that Basset Furniture Manchester is completely amazing. The staff is wonderful. They’re very helpful if you want a great place to either work or go in and shop for furniture. This is the best place to go. You get the best quality of furniture and the best staff. They’re absolutely amazing When you walk in the door, they greet you right away they’re always smiling they have great attitudes great personalities and they’re all hard workers Bryan, the General manager is also very, very helpful Bryan is Amazing. He has a great staff go in there ask for Bryan or anybody to help you tell them that Tammy K sent you They are all truly Amazing. You definitely will not be disappointed with your visit from the time you walk in the door they help you with any needs that you have from either rugs furniture they help you decorate your home. Renee was awesome! She has a great eye for decorating and showed me different types of fabrics that I didn’t even think of. She was warm, very professional, and truly cared about my husband and I. I highly recommend Renee at the Highland Bassett Furniture in Manchester.

The staff are always friendly, professional and very customer oriented. Candace Young is a joy to work with as well as the management staff at the Manchester store. They are quick to address and resolve any of my concerns. They also are great at following through with their customer service. It is a pleasure to shop at Bassett.

My mom and I made plans to meet here for her to look for a loveseat and chair. So I called up there to get some information and spoke to Candace, so planned for my mom and I to go up there on a Saturday and meet with Candace and see if we could find something that she liked and wanted.
Come that Saturday my mom got there before me and went in and by the time I got there her and Candace had already found something that she absolutely loved was also going to be good for her medically and she also got the color she was wanting which is red.
So a big shout out to Candace and the store manager which I do not remember his name, thank you so much for everything! You guys are the best!!!!

Renee was wonderful and professional. She gave me some ideas on arranging the furniture and showed me this fabulous stand alone mirror for the bedroom. I definitely would recommend her to my friends.

Our sales associate Tracy was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. She was very patient with us and insured that we understood all our of our options.

She explained so much too me and got me a better deal thanks to the manager. Candace made feel so welcome and soon as we met. We had the opportunity to buy a bedroom set from Bassett furniture in Manchester, MO. Our designer, Karen, was wonderful to work with! She has many years of experience. This was displayed in her knowledge of furniture and floor plans that matched our vision of what we desired for our layout and bedroom set.
The communication from Karen, Janice, and the delivery team was quick and transparent. The delivery men, Oleg and Igor, were professional and had our bedroom set assembled quickly. We appreciate the positive experience we had with Basset. We look forward to doing business there again.

I went in on Labor Day weekend still looking for the perfect bed. I was greeted by Renee, and I explained to her that I was just looking. She left me alone to browse with no pressure. I was happily surprised to end the year long search. Renee was a huge help, and never pressured me to buy any of the additional bedroom pieces...although I did. Her friendliness and style knowledge were a blessing to what could have been a long day. Thank you so much Renee and Bassett Furniture...I will be back...soon.

After reaching the end of the internet looking for upholstered beds that were high quality, the proper scale and customizable, I finally found Bassett Furniture. They were the only furniture retailer that offered exactly what I was looking for, right down to the style and color of the legs on the bed. Fantastic selection of fabrics and very helpful on-site designers who will (patiently) walk you through your options and help you make the right decision. Unlike every other furniture store that I dealt with, they also routinely called me with updates on the progress of my order. It was great to be kept in the loop and not have to place those calls on my own. Top-notch.

Massaly Hare was incredible to work with. She’s experienced, personable, and has a great listening skills. She really worked to understand our vision for our bedroom and helped us choose pieces that made sense for us. We spent about 3 hours with her and received several follow up communications from her keeping us updated on our order. We couldn’t have asked for anything more in our experience with her!

Amazing...we shopped three different cities for a couch until we found exactly what we wanted at Bassett. Our couch was delivered yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased. Carol, our designed provided exceptional service and design sense. I would buy furniture from here in a heartbeat!
