Suddenlink

TV connectivity is intermittent 1-2x a month. There were times when I didn’t have TV service for a couple days. Internet service was good.
Regularly change the price of the service package. Not forgiving with payment missed. Not convenient to drop services. One has to call customer service to disconnect and then drop equipment at a local site. Local site won’t do both for you.

One star is too many. Absolute worst experience in my entire life and I am 52. That is not an exaggeration. I don't think I was ever able to connect to the internet for greater than about 30 minutes. It constantly went out. There was one time it went out for multiple days before they fixed it. I canceled my service in September yet they are continuing to bill me. I spoke with someone after waiting on the line for about 30 minutes and she confirmed that my account was closed. I owed a balance and I told her that I would gladly pay it but would not pay for anything past the cancelation date. She told me she understood but was not able to clear the account. She said a supervisor would call me within 24-48 hours to clear it up. That was about two weeks ago. Since then, I did get another bill with another month of service added on.

Couple years back we couldn't get it to stay online for more than 30 minutes at a time. Was okay for a year ir two and now it's back to the same thing. Worst part is, it's the best provider in the area.

Whatever you do don’t pick this company for your internet. Goes out daily and if it does work it lags all day from being so slow. Currently been trying to get to talk to someone about getting the internet fixed that’s been out for 12 hours now. But every time you call the automated system will hang up on you instead of letting you talk to person. Past frustration with this company ready to drop.

They rescheduled multiple times to do my install due to not having the equipment. I have my own modem and router. IDK what the deal is.

Poor customer service. Never answer phone. Never in office. Service down atleast 10 days a month and will not prorate. Don't let the wind blow they don't know what to do. Just terrible but what are ur options?

I can't get through to a person. I try to disconnect and still get billed. I have to drive nearly A hundred miles to return the equipment.

Just get Vexus. Suddenlink internet will go out sporadically and they won’t send anyone for a week. Suddenlink is awful

When we got it only work a little then it didn't work

Never answers their phone, terrible customer service, and sketchy bill raises!
