Hyatt Place Columbus-North

Following an unpleasant experience at a prior hotel, we had to cancel our reservation and instead made arrangements at the Hyatt. Instantly, we were impressed with the sense of safety, cleanliness, and hospitality that greeted us upon arrival. The staff was courteous, professional, and attentive to our needs. Moreover, the room was immaculate, and all amenities were in working order. It's safe to say that we have found our go-to destination for future visits to Columbus.

This hotel has been exceptional. Very clean, huge well appointed rioms,friendly and responsive staff, great location, nice breakfast. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.

Staff is pleasant. Breakfast and service staff are nice ladies. I appreciate the cold rooms when entering from the hot humid weather. Faucet fixture positioned on the right so I can wash my face with ease. Quiet toilet lid when using in the middle of the night. Extra pillows, etc. Thank you for making our visit to GA so comfortable.

Location is good depending on what you’re doing. It’s about 20 minutes from fort Moore. They have a decent fitness center, and their breakfast was legitimately good.

Staff was very nice and room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was very good! Parking lot was very well lit and cameras monitored by the staff.

As always Hyatt never disappoints. The rooms are clean. Premises are clean and staff is always professional...

Our tennis team stayed here during our tennis tournament. The staff was awesome. We had an issue with our refrigerator, and they promptly brought us a new one. The room was clean, and the breakfast was also good.
We plan to stay there again next year.

We were in town to handle some family business. This was a great location and was very nice. We didn't want for anything. The breakfast was convenient. They had a variety of options. The room was clean, spacious, and quiet for the most part. Water pressure in the shower was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a room for my daughter everything was excellent she loved the gym and desk staff were very nice and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel

We had a wonderful stay. Location was convenient to dining and entertainment choices. Parking was well lit and covered by security cameras, so we felt safe walking to and from our vehicle. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our room was clean and even though it was near a stairwell, was quiet.

What a wonderful surprise when I opened my door. The room was so big, clean, and comfortable! The staff was very nice. It was a very pleasant rest stop on my trip.

Needed a room for one night stay near family. This hotel is in a great location, the rooms are a great size, clean and we settled right in for sleep. The breakfast was great with enough options for the family.

A very warm and welcoming staff reach you upon arrival. The lobby and restaurant area was extremely clean and well-maintained. The room I had on the third floor with a king size bed was extremely clean and well-maintained. I really enjoyed having a shower versus a tub in my room. they have an excellent workspace available if needed in each room. I highly recommend this hotel if you were traveling to the area.

I stayed at the Hyatt Columbus North Place for a business trip. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location is great. It is close to several restaurants and stores, all within walking distance. It was quiet and the room was nice and spacious. I especially want to comment on Stephanie. She was so professional, warm, and friendly. She always greeted me with a smile and referred to me by name each time. I consider that special, as she deals with so many customers every day. She went out of her way to make me comfortable, which is so rare in these times. She is a shining star in your company and should be commended for making the extra effort to make each guest feel special. I will definitely return, if ever in the area. Thank you Stephanie!

The room was very nice and up to date. It was very clean. Very well appointed. My stay there was very pleasant.

This was my first time visiting this hotel, This place is a definite hidden Gem. I stayed here three nights, and from the first time I walked in the lady at the front desk name Stephanie was very attentive, she made sure your stay was comfortable and no matter if your coming in our out she's going to speak and all the housekeeping ladies were very nice. It's in a great location and near most eateries. Thanks again, I definitely will be returning

Me had to many Margaritas and decided to crash in a hotel room next to the Mexican restaurant. The hotel was clean and the bed was comfy. It is better to pay a hotel bill than a dui. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who goes to half off Margarita night.

My husband and I were traveling to our son's for Christmas. Stop here for the night. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly employees. The continental breakfast was the best we've experienced

Wonderful friendly staff!!
I left some sentimental jewelry on my bathroom counter and realized it once I was hours away this morning and I called and spoke with Ashley, she found them for me and even mailed them to my home address!! So sweet and thankful for the staff working there!
Housekeeping was also very delightful

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay, slept well! The continental breakfast was amazing, everyone was super friendly! I will make this my place when in Columbus 😊
