My first time there. Richard Fousa (sp) was working the Quick Service window and he did a great job moving people along. It took me approximately 30 minutes total wait time to get the keys for my mailbox. The Post office is overworked without enough staff. Great job!

The lighting in the lobby is a bit dingy and the color of the bulbs don't match. The attention to detail when you walk into any business effects the mood of the customer and the morale of the employees.

I just went to this post office and Mike was very helpful, I had the wrong shipping address and he was very kind to help me correct it, there were a few people in line and it was pretty quick. Thank you very much Mike, God bless you.

I had a package get delivered to the wrong address due to my MN post office putting the wrong number on the label. I reached out to USPS and was put in contact with Mouna in Georgetown. She returned my calls and was so helpful helping me resolve this issue. I am very grateful for all her help.

They're always so efficient and friendly! Even when there's a long line, I don't have to wait that long!

All these reviews speak so negatively about Georgetown PO. People just don't seem to get that stealing a package is NOT worth a job! People send things w NO regard for others mail..liquids not wrapped so they break wipes labels off almost 20 other mail pieces, send gift cards thru regular mail w a stamp, which gets caught in machine and eats not only that card but 100s of ltrs behind it. Employees don't steal...look to your neighbor who wants to save $ by not sending items correctly. They TOOK, STOLE, OR LOST your package.

Smooth and easy experience to get our passports done! Took us early for our appointment and got us in and out. The staff were all courteous and helpful!

After seeing all the negative reviews, I was concerned about setting up a PO Box here. But it really was my only option. I did most of the prep work for the transaction online. I was in and out in about 10 minutes with no hiccups. And there was a good size line. Clerk even went with me to my box to make sure both of my keys worked. I observed the staff while waiting and did not see anything that supported the reviews I've seen. They weren't jumping for joy but they responded to everyone with courtesy, transactions appeared to be getting completed as expected and they were moving as quickly as they could.I did see a few smiles! I recognized the look (some may take it as being grumpy) as someone focused on the task at hand. There is a LOT of detail to what they do. Hopefully what I observed is accurate (acknowledging EVERYONE has bad days) and these folks just need to be given some grace. Will try to remember to edit my post after having more interaction here.

I had the BEST experience working with Dana A. and Cindy at this location trying to track down my international package. They were so willing to help me any way they could. I was so impressed with their professionalism, patience, and responsiveness. My package was somehow misdirected to this post office (I live in Austin) and the tracking number I was given from the vendor was not a valid US postal tracking number. Let me tell you, Dana A. and Cindy went over and beyond to assist me. I am so grateful for their help and support. Great holiday spirit! Thank you!

I just can't believe all of the negative reviews for this Post Office. I have to mail or ship something once or twice a week, and they are always fast, friendly, and helpful. This is by far the best Post Office I have ever been to!

Normally I dread going to this post office due to the usual long wait. Today I went for a passport appointment. I had heard from friends a while back what a horrible experience their appointment had been, so I braced myself. I arrived early for my appointment but after waiting a few minutes, the clerk who was doing the passports called my name. He saw me a full 30 minutes prior to my scheduled time and was very pleasant. I believe the gentleman’s name was Hiep, not the guy that so many other reviews are complaining about.

It seems like people who post comments on the quality of postal service have very few good things to say. It takes a high level of commitment to deliver our mail out in the heat and cold no matter what the weather is doing. Our mail carriers aren't just tossing out the mail and calling it delivered. They work hard and deserve our respect and gratitude. Way to go Georgetown Post Office! Keep up the good work.

I'm giving the Georgetown post office 5 stars because of one carrier. My package was misplaced and Sam came back out to the neighborhood to locate my package. He went through multiple mailbox clusters and also drove up and down the street to see if it was left on the wrong doorstep. After much perseverance, the package was recovered! Thank you Sam!

We had an appointment for passport services this morning to renew our daughters passport. Joshua made our experience super nice and easy. We were able to get pictures done there as well which was very convenient. Would definitely recommend this locations for passport services.

I've used a lot of post offices in Austin, Round Rock, and Georgetown and view this one in Georgetown to be one of the best. The folks at the counters are always helpful and courteous. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes and most of the time it's 2-3. I've lived in Georgetown for almost 20 years. Thankful we have them!

Carrier and customer service rep at the post office, went above and beyond to find a time-sensitive package for us that was about to be re-routed.

Walked in to find 5 clerks working. The line went quickly this way. The lobby is large and has full services (self-serve, quick-service station, passport services, etc.) Everyone was kind and helpful. I had the pleasure of being checked out by Darryl. Thank y'all for your service!
