Raiz - Horizon Branch

I was having issues with Apple Pay not being able to add it to my wallet. I kept going back and forth with Apple Support with no solution. Thankfully I went to the bank and a really nice lady (Rebecca) was able to help me set it up with ease! I can’t thank her enough for all her help, kindness and great customer support! 100/10 :D

Very friendly staff. Ms Rebecca was so incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything and make me feel like a real person. Not just a member number. Very happy with this bank.
