BSW Onion Creek is hands down consistently the best PCP care I have ever received!!! Dr. Agarwal is thorough, has a wonderful bedside manner, and treatment/prescription management is a partnership. The office team is professional, helpful, and I never wait more than a few minutes to be called back for appointments. Any time there has ever been a pharmacy issue or Rx insurance issue it gets taken care of promptly. The office itself is immaculately clean and welcoming. Can't say enough good things about this facility. Special shout out to receptionist Sarah and Theresa are always full of smiles, are very helpful and genuinely care about me and my family, always go above and beyond! We would not go anywhere else and are proud to have this clinic and staff as our family doctor!

I chose this Baylor Scott and White location, specifically because it had the best reviews in Austin. I had the pleasure of being attended to by two of the most remarkable nurses, Louisa and Porscha, who went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my blood draw. I told them I am prone to fainting and extreme anxiety when it comes to needles and they displayed remarkable bedside manner and were incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. They were so adept that the blood draw was not only painless but kind of enjoyable. I would love to visit this center again in the future for all my blood work needs, and I believe that it is healthcare professionals like Louisa and Porscha who make a real difference in the community. The center is incredibly fortunate to have them on staff.

Dr. Agarwal is extremely empathetic, attentive, and informative. I've never had a doctor who thoroughly listened to all of my concerns, walked through what my issues/concerns may mean in an approachable way, and quickly come up with an action plan. He's kind and makes the office feels like a safe space where patients can truly find support/help (which is surprisingly difficult to find when looking for a doctor). Can't recommend him enough.

Finally found a great doctor in Austin! My son and I had been patients at ARC for three years but switched our PCP immediately after I received Dr. Just's care. I went in with what turns out was pneumonia. Yet again my PCP didn't have availability any time soon so I had to make other arrangements. Turns out Baylor Scott and White had a brand new, beautiful and clean office just down the street from us. The receptionist , Taelor, was very professional and polite when I called and she made sure I had an appointment within an hour since I was not doing well. I think I waited in the lobby a whole minute before the nurse, Tyler, called me back. Let me just say, and I am not exaggerating, they have the nicest medical staff I have ever experienced. When you are that sick you need help and I got it fast with care and consideration. Tyler made sure I was as comfortable as I could be in that situation and was very thorough when making notes for the doctor. He kept asking if I needed anything and I could tell he actually cared. I ended up getting three injections, which Tyler must have been trained by experts for because I didn't feel a needle once. The major reason why I called my insurance and switched my PCP right away was of course because of Dr. Just and her incredible care. She does not rush and she is extremely thorough. I also appreciate that she made me a part of the decision making. She made sure to ask what I was comfortable with and considered what my insurance would cover out of her treatment options. In the end I had to return for more treatment and again the care was outstanding. In addition to the large amount of time she spent in the room with me, she also followed up with several messages checking on my recovery using their online portal, which is very helpful. I love that she made me feel like a friend, not a paying patient. Not long after, I had to take my son and husband in. Same level of care and they spent as much time as necessary to get everyone taken care of. None of that rushing in and out of rooms. Even the manager, Tina, takes time to say hello and help get you situated with paperwork or the online portal. I can't recommend this office enough. For the first time ever I actually don't dread the thought of going back for a check up!

I've been seeing Dr. Just for months now and her care, attention to detail and patience is what makes her a great doctor and individual. Everyone from the front staff to the nurse to management were extremely professional, sweet to my kids and made our visit seamless. Dr. Just made sure I got all the tests and paperwork I needed for college. This office is easy to get to right off of hwy 35 which is a great plus!

Dr Agarwal, his medical assistant, and front desk were all so kind. I felt very comfortable, and Dr Agarwal was very personable and addressed all of my concerns and was very thorough

Dr. A is incredible, he has taken such wonderful care of my mother, she’s down 50 pounds, her diabetes and blood pressure are under control, as well as her neuropathy. I couldn’t recommend this practice any more. Thanks so much for taking care of my mommy.

So far so good. A doctor is helpful if used supplementally, but your foundation should always be your own research. Dr Just is a nice lady, and she does have her moments when she’s in a stressed mood just like every other human lol

I had an appointment with Dr. Just yesterday, she made me feel very comfortable, was friendly, and addressed all my concerns. Staff was friendly and did not have a long wait time either. I highly recommend!

I had an appointment at the Onion Creek location yesterday. I am very pleased with Dr. Just and the rest of the team there. I will definitely go back and highly recommend it.

Incredible staff. Dr. Just was phenomenal and Tyler was equally as good. Front desk staff made everything very easy. Great place!!!
