Very excellent doctor who spends time listening to your concerns and asking questions before jumping to a conclusion. He helped me start treating my anxiety and depression, and every visit we would compare my scores to previous visits using the PHQ-ADS. This helped me gauge which meds were helping the anxiety and which made it worse over the past year. He gives you all the information you need and allows you to choose which course of treatment sounds best to you based on his opinion, and of course, he can refer you to a specialist if needed.
I just moved to Dallas and will need to find a new PCP for physicals etc., but until then, he assured me that I could use the portal for any questions, refills, or telehealth appointments. I’m so grateful for this because there’s been a few times I ran out of refills without realizing (I have a lot of medications) and requested the refill at night. He got them refilled the next morning. I definitely recommend him!!!

Dr. Agarwal was professional and most importantly listened and asked questions. He took the time to get a comprehensive understanding of the patient care that would be required and provided multiple options of treatment to help form a game-plan.
