I got the seafood platter. Everything was great except the fried oysters. Shrimp was excellent, crab claws very good, alittle salty, and fried crab cake. Homemade. The oysters weren't fresh. Didn't like and fried oysters are my favorite seafood. Fish was very good too.

Outstanding food. The restaurant itself is a quaint little place. The owner was a sous chef. Finally got a chance to try it out for the first time tonight and took my mom along with.

For appetizers we had fried oysters and Boudin balls. Both were very good, but the Boudin balls had a great flavor with the remolaude

I had the shrimp scampi with bow tie pasta, mushrooms and tomato cream sauce and asparagus. That was outstanding. Everything was cooked perfectly. You don’t get any “little” shrimp either. You get extra large ones. I thoroughly enjoyed it

My mom had the fried grouper with crabcakes, cheesy grits, and asparagus. That was cooked very well also. The grouper had an outstanding crunchy crust to it.

Definitely will eat there again and definitely recommend it. The plating of the food is reminiscent of any Michelin rated restaurant. It’s good to find small businesses that serve outstanding food

The building leaves a little bit to be desired but the food is out of site. The menu changes every week and he just writes it on the chalk board. I've seen steak, lamb, crab, snapper, trigger fish... All kinds of good stuff to eat. Most entrees are priced in the mid $20 range. You won't want to skip out on the appetizer though. It's easy to spend about $50 / person after the tip. It's a place that's worth going out of the way for!

Had the Fillet Mignon, Twice baked potato salad and Cheese grits. It was amazing food and a great intimate atmosphere. Perfect for a date night. Service was quick and very down to earth and friendly. Makes you feel like family.

Wonderful food and dining experience. The she crab soup is amazing and the crab cakes will melt in your mouth. Our filet was cooked to perfection and delicious. Wonderful chef and servers all the way around. Don't let these guys hurt for business because we need a good gulf seafood restaurant.

The filet with crab cakes was cooked perfectly, and the crab cakes were the best any of us ever had. The pan fried grouper was even better than the filet.

The other two entrees were shrimp and grits, and blackened pork chops. Both of those were also fabulous!

The chef was by himself that night, no extra help. He also had other tables while we were there, AND he got all four of those entrees to our table at the same time. No small feat in itself with four totally different dishes.

We ordered a crab cake appetizer, and a smoked tuna dip for the table. Before going here, my favorite tuna dip came from a place in Panama City Beach, that rhymes with Schooners... This was BETTER!

This place should be on your to do list the next time you are in the Columbus GA area. It's worth a drive down from Atlanta. It's that good.

For the people of Phenix City this is a must try new restaurant hidden on Sanford Road. The food is excellent with a presentation of a 5 star restaurant you might find in Atlanta. Service was excellent. I recommend the grilled shrimp with asparagus, shecrab soup and the fries. The atmosphere is laid back and very welcoming. I will be back!!!!❤❤

As always, the food was fantastic. Tonight it was not busy, and David sat down with us to chat. We really enjoyed his company and learning more about his background. We are very fortunate to have him and Criolla in our area. If you have not visited, I highly recommend it. Thanks David!

Chef not “cook” David is AMAZING! He was the only one on shift and he served 10 people included with our 5 person party and the food was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOOD!!! Definitely not a place that you might go but you WILL go. Love it!

We are regulars. The food is always a 10. The service is always the best. The food is fabulous. This is our go to restaurant. Jade is always so courteous and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone.

Food was amazing. My steak cooked perfect. Presentation great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. A definite place I will return to.

I love the food here! I stop by at least once a week. I've tried several items off the menu to include crab cakes, gator bites, shrimp and grits, blackened chicken marsala, and mushroom swiss burger. However by far my favorite two dishes are a seared tuna appetizer with cucumber salad (not on menu, but a special) and a gulf grouper which is topped with 3 cheese spinach, crab and hollandaise sauce served with grilled asparagus and cheese grits. Absolutely delicious!!! I will keep coming back.

My wife and I had an amazing dinner! I had the Filet with lobster and she had the crab stuffed grouper with lobster. All of the food was great! We will definitely be back for more!

Very busy night. We were a large group and they were able to accommodate us. We knew it would be longer wait but food was really good

This place may not look like a lot. But WOW! The food is superb! Don't judge a book by it's cover.

One of the best restaurants in the bi-city. We took a party of 6 and tried many different entrees. Everything was excellent and was presented beautifully.

Enjoyed lunch. David trys hard to make sure you enjoy. Fair prices and good food!
