These folks are pretty amazing. I had an issue with the website not showing a credit for my canceled trip earlier and I called and talked to a person within 30 seconds. Her name was Denise!

She took care of the issue, scheduled me the next day for a shuttle, and was extremely professional. Can't recommend enough!

Perfect remedy for driving to the ATL Airport; our rep picked us up at AUM with green Nikes to match his polo, and he was warm and helpful. Peaceful start to a long international trip!

Sit back and relax. My experience with Groome have all been good, I've required there service about 20-25 times in2 years. Drivers are friendly and professional. Some will even stop along their route if you need to use the restroom prior to arriving to your destination. The price is reasonable s well.

Always have enjoyed my experiences with Groome. Great for when traveling to/from airport solo.

Even with last minute rescheduling the service from this place is amazing. My partner made it to and from Atlanta on time safely and securely. We will for sure be making a reservation with them in the future

Both drivers were the best on my trip to/from the Atlanta airport. They were very professional and friendly. I called to say I was getting my bag right by the door, when I had only 5 minutes before the shuttle was to leave. I did make it right on time, but she had received the message, and was waiting for me. I was very appreciative, as I was exhausted after a very long day of travel. I highly recommend this service!

My son rode from ATL to Auburn. His flight came in early and they were flexible and allowed him to catch earlier shuttle. Then he forgot a small bag he had placed between the seats. I called and they promptly answered the phone and were very helpful in looking for the bag right away. Thanks Shirl! Will definitely

Easiest way to get to Atlanta airport. Super stress free and lots of pick up locations!

Groome transportation did a great job. This was my first time using the shuttle service I rode the shuttle round trip from Auburn, Alabama to Atlanta airport. The drop off points were very convenient. Both drivers were very professional and excellent drivers. They were very friendly and courteous. Felt very safe. Will definitely use the shuttle service again! Jeannie was great!

I have been using Groome for years and have always had pleasant experiences. After my last trip, I noticed 2 extra charges on my bank account after a driver had a difficult time processing my card on-site. Everyone that I spoke with at the Groome office was extremely professional and friendly and they quickly processed my refund.

Great service. Driver was courteous. The shuttle was either new or well-maintained. It was pretty packed, but not at all uncomfortable. I slept most of the way to the airport. This is a great option for early morning flights when you don't want to be doing a long drive at 3 or 4 in the morning.

Our driver Carl was most accommodating He is a very careful driver.
The people at the office are very
helpful. I had missed my morning flight and that of course made me.miss my shuttle. They worked with me to get a seat on the next one. They were very gracious.

Very customer-oriented. Had issues with my bag and had to call several times between 7-9:45pm, rescheduling twice to later shuttles. They were very understanding and helpful. The driver handled with horrible weather (from Hurricane Michael) with professionalism and safety. Groome was the best part of my bag night!

This was my first time using Groom Transportation, and I am very please with my round trip service to ATL airport then back home. Both directions the buses were on time. The staff was very courteous, and had great customer service skills. I had a very comfortable safe ride. Looking forward to using their services for all my trips to and from the Atlanta airport. Had to change my return transportation reservation just a few hours before my flight, but it was a smooth transition. All was in order when I arrived at the updated time. Nice, quiet, uneventful ride. Groome is a great way to travel to and from the Atlanta airport!

The first driver greeted me by name early in the morning, and he was very friendly. When I had to change my return trip time, the man on the phone was helpful. The second driver was also friendly and helpful on my trip home. The ride was smooth and easy. A first class operation.

Great way to get to Atlanta Airport. The driver was very helpful with luggage and getting on and off the bus. Answered any and all questions.
The Office Staff was helpful in choosing the bus time and parking of my car. They were Great and yes I will use this service again.

The van was prompt and the driver Parker very friendly and greeted me by name. He encountered several issues with passengers, one couple without a reservation, having to wait for someone running late, and a cancelation he was unaware of but Parker handled these issues very professionally and we still arrived at the airport in good time. I will be using this service again as it is convenient and reliable. Excellent service!
