Dale Medical Center

I was in ER and from there to surgery center for bilateral wrist fractures. I could not have had better care anywhere else. ER nurses and Dr Gabrielson were great. Xrays, pain meds, arms splinted in record time. From there to surgery center admit reps, nurses, anesthesia and Dr. Smith were fantastic. I was treated as if I was their only pt. It was extremely busy but all of them took the time for me and my husband. I could hear from my room and they treated all the pts and family with prompt care and professionalism. I could not have received better care anywhere. ! I have received calls, text and visits from DMC coworkers. That means a lot to us. We love you all!!!

Honestly speaking, never ever in my life, treated the way that, all of them have towards me. Felt like “out of this nonsense world” each one of them are like angels (not kidding) caring and polite. Most of all, knowledgeable staff. My respects for you, and thank God for such a place we have here.

Would like to acknowledge the staff and reception from the start of my er visit on 10/10/22. Very professional, patient friendly and dedicated to their work. Kudos and many thanks to the wonderful receptionists sorry didn't get their names but were very nice. Best i have seen in a long time at Dale Medical. Nurses Samantha, Casey, LeAnn were very friendly and showed me awesome care. Dr. Conrad was very knowledgeable in treatment of my illness. Thank you all so much.

From the emergency room to the hospital staff, everyone I met from all the great nurses and doctors very friendly and helpful, this hospital rocks and so does the staff, the food on my last day was awesome fried chicken, mashed potatoes, Lima beans , apple pie all so good, and my stomach thank them for the great food

I have always hated this hospital, but today completely changed my opinion. The nurses I had today were absolutely amazing. So sweet and helpful. Like a room full of mommas. I felt so cared about.

I went to the hospital round 5:45 am. The staff was amazing and the MD Gabriel, the nurse Vinson and the other people that helped, they were super kind, friendly, they had fast services!
So if yall have had bad experiences in the past, this night shift staff, they were way too nice and kind. Give dale medical a chance if you have crossed them out and ask for GABRIEL NELSON. I believe is his last name :)

We used this hospital a few times in the last six months. The staff at the ER room are amazing and professional doctors and nurses. Very attentive and accommodating.

I have never been pleased enough with the care we received Friday night Aug 6th At Dale Medical center when we arrived there were just a few waiting . As we waited several Ems came in so our wait was a little longer but once we were called to the back they were very tentative I have to say The triage tech our Nurse Vincent was awesome down to the lab tech they came in and was awesome then Dr Gabrielson came in and that made the night even better I feel the future of Dale medical center is looking up as long as you have nurse Vincent and Dr Gabrielson and the triage tech and medical assistant running the care of your patients it was a 5 plus star for us Thank you for allowing them to do such an awesome job.

TONY D GABRIELSON, MD treated me for a possible torn meniscus on 29 Jul 2022 at Dale Medical Hospital. He ordered numerous and thorough tests and referred me to an orthopedic. His excellent bed side manner was an added surprise not
seen much these days. He was very professional and knowledgeablabout treating my injury. A great physician above reproach!

Came in at 1 am for an emergency room visit and the whole staff was very kind and eager to do anything they could to make my wife feel more comfortable and to care for her. They got right onto solving the problem and I am very happy we didn't try to wait to see a primary care physician. Would recommend their ER!

Nurse Starla Jones is so amazing. She has always been caring and quick to act in helping me feel better every time I experienced an emergency situation. Her and Dr Thomas Rose has shown compassion and a genuine interest in helping me get better..And I appreciate that so much.

I was a patient here with covid19 last year and they treated me very well. They were attentive, professional and compassionate. My wife was also in here for a few days and they took very good care of her. I would recommend this hospital to anyone.

I was very pleased with my experience at the E.R. Dr. Conrad is very nice and compassionate . Sheila Searcy was great. All I did was mention it was cold and without hesitation she went and got me a heated blanket without me asking. They are all so nice.

Visited for monthly blood work on a standing order. Easy check in, quick blood draw. Friendly staff and lab tech. Highly recommend this hospital for testing.

A while back, I became I'll and spent 6 days in Wiregrass Medical Center. This was my first stay with them. I am really impressed with the professionalism and care that I received there. I have had experience with other hospitals in Southeast Alabama but not one compared with WMC. I have used the outpatiet service numerous times since and have experienced the same with those serving there! Wiregrass Medical Center is definitely my hospital of choice!

The staff was so nice and very quick. Anywhere I go they are always rough taking x-rays but not at Dale medical center. And Dr. Hart was very understanding. 5 stars and best hospital around!!!

They always do a good job on my family and I when ever we there medical help the hospital is older and could use some updating just a little more TLC other then that it’s a good little hospital.

Very good doctor's and very little wait time....

Took a friend there. Wait time in ER was not long. Dr and nurses were great. Overnight stay and care was excellent.
