Sonic Drive-In

My family and I chose to eat here for dinner and had a pretty big order. The food was out very quick, was all right and tasted delicious and fresh. I had to split payment, and the manager and car hop was very helpful, extremely friendly and outgoing. They made us feel welcome and not like a burden. These two have made this sonic my new go to. I really appreciate great customer service, and they had it!

They do a great job love going to them when I'm starting work always work on the weekends so they are open late enough just in time for me to get a drink

For me, the best sonic in Lubbock. I order an Ultimate Burrito with extra tomatoes and a drink at least 4 times a week on the app. It's ready when I get there and right every time and and the size is always the same. Other Sonics are consistently either small or wrong. The car hops are always courteous and friendly. 💯👍

I had order two foot long coneys it was burned the car hop Haley came and and looked and said she get fresh one made while I wait for my fresh order, manager on duty came out offer free drink while I wait and car hop Haley was super customer service!!!! Both awesome customer care!!!!

I ordered from the app and when I got to sonic there was an issue with the order not going through, it said I had to pay there but of course the one day I didn’t bring my debit card is the day I couldn’t pay with the app. The car hopper that brought my food was so nice, understanding and had so much patience as I had to call my husband to come pay for our food. I believe his name is Cage? Well if I see him again I definitely owe him a tip.

Terri the general manager is top notch... As a customer the regular employment messed up one of my orders just one time out of about 50 times there, and she gave me like three free meals to make up for it, so nothing but all five stars+++++ for that kind of great treatment!!! thanking you, for you're a great manager... The kind that will keep the place running smooth and successful!

this sonic was on point. they were punctual, friendly, but a bit stingy with the ice. and why can I not order a 10lb bag of ice on any delivery service or in the app? I know your location has nothing to do with that, just venting. keep up the good work, guys! and thank you for staying open during the pandemic!

We stopped at our local sonic for a quick bite to eat. Our carhop Amber was so so kind and took our order back when a few small things were off. She jogged back and forth helping us and made it her business to take care of us. Thank you Amber! You made our visit great!

When my lunch break gets cut short, I like to come here. My food is always delivered quickly and is still hot! The staff is always friendly when taking my order and when delivering it to my car. Keep up the good work!

Husband loves this place. I was surprised when I ordered the regular chili hot dog and received a 5" hotdogs on a 4 1/2" bun. Last time I will do that as was not worth what they charged.

We are currently staying at a hotel close by. We have gone to your Sonic three times and have been so impressed as the service is great, the food is so hot and the taste is the best we have had at a Sonic in years. We are from Colorado and will be moving to Lubbock in 6 months. We will definitely visit you again 😊

Sonic is always excellent, fast, delicious, and fun! The hardest part is deciding what to get because the entire menu is great! Burgers, BLT's, hotdogs, or whatever. And all the drink combos. But don't forget the shakes! It's too bad the malts are gone but shakes are always good.

Have eaten here quite a bit for breakfast and lunch. Food is always good quality and relatively quick. Gets busy around lunch but that's obvious. My only complaint is they don't put enough chili on the chili dogs sometimes lol

Service is fast but they get an issue sometimes when receiving orders over the phone and they forget to give a detailed receipt some the time. Their ice cream shakes though are great.

I actually work the overnight shift at the ezmart across the street from them. I find myself going there at least once a week in the morning for my dinner before heading home. I've never had bad service, nor has my food ever taken excessively long there.

Burgers were Great! Especially the hatch green chilies burger, Very Impressed! And the drinks & Service were Great too! Thanks Sonic!
