Walmart Neighborhood Market

So I don't get off work till 10 so I don't get to go shopping until like 10:30 or 10:40.There is usually someone standing out front the doors saying sir we close at 11:00 which mind you that's the same time they close every night. I have never taken longer than 10 minutes. So I always run as I always do. Well tonight there was a sweet cashier named Mae who was like sir you don’t have to rush it’s only 10:40 and we get paid till 11. It truly made me feel at ease and was a nice ending to my hard day. Workers like her truly need a raise. She was so nice and very professional. She went out of her way to come, and greet me, took me in, and checked my items out herself at another register. Employees like this will be the reason why I continue to come to the store.

Most employees here are very nice and friendly, and willing to help you. They have a lot of the self checkouts but they also will let you go to a regular register if needed. I like that I can come here and buy everything in one trip. The only problem I have with this location is the parking lot!

The store is always clean. I am retired so I have been in the store very early and close to closing time, there is not any difference in the amount of product on the shelves. The employees are very friendly and very helpful. What ever hand held computer they are using is magic. They are capable of knowing exactly where ANY item is located. Great quality of the management.2 to 3 times a month I use the pickup service. I live 8 minutes from the store and don't feel the need to lock the doors or engage the alarm system because I KNOW I will be right back. My order is always ready, I have never been the only car in the pickup area. Thanks for hiring the wonderful crew. If I have a complaint it would be in the pharmacy .#1 if I am picking up medicine I don't feel good and I don't have time for them to complete their personal conversations to do their work. When I have a question about the refill time line, they act like they are not knowable enough to read the screen. I carry a list of my medications, I continue to use my list because they don't know the generic name or the brand name, they try to be friendly but they just have a glazed look on their face. Please hire more employees, you have 2 drive-thru station and it feels like there is only 1/2 of a person working the window.

The best place to pick up online orders.always on time and sometimes order ready before your pick up time !

You can get in and out quick.

While Walmart has been notoriously known for high profits and low customer service that is definitely not the case at the neighborhood market in Ladonia. Today I pulled my semi full cart up the the self check out when a nice lady working must of noticed the overwhelmed look on my face when she asked me if I would like someone to check me out. She guided me over to an empty check out line where the cashier was cleaning her checkout belt. Extra props for cleanliness. As she bagged my items I accidentally put a bag with a jar in the buggy seat where it rolled out, shattering all over the floor. In 2.5 seconds two workers came over to me, reassuring me, cleaning it up and a third one quickly set off to find and replace the item in which I had accidentally broken. Talk about impeccable customer service. Great step above all the rest. I will definitely be trying to do all my shopping at this one.

Very nice looking place to shop for most basic items and very well stocked. Easy to park too

The staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is generally clean and well organized. I really love this walmart. Even at its busiest, it is still a better experience than the supercenter.

Yesterday, on 12/4 my sister and I greatly appreciated Ms Carol. She was very helpful and awesome. When no one else bothered to help us she sure did. As long as she is still working there, this location will always receive my service. Much love to Carol

I use this grocery stores grocery pickup every week. I truthfully have no complaints. I understand that some things may not be available so I work around that. What I don't get one week is usually available the following week.

Shelves always well stocked. Friendly and knowledgeable sales floor crew and management team. Quick in and out location if u don't wanna spend the day in a supercenter. Best convince and grocery store around this area. Very well priced items and fast service at the checkouts

I had to talk to the manager about something and I was impressed at his professionalism and how he handled things.

Love it here at a Marketplace version of the store instead of a full size version. There are less crowds the parking is usually better and you can get more service at the smaller version of the store than the larger version. For some reason it always seems like there's more checkouts available at the smaller store than the larger store too. They I seem to keep more of the product stocked on the shelves at a Marketplace Wal-mart than with the larger version of the store.

We enjoy shopping here although they do not carry all items that the Supercenter does. Many items are not necessary in my opinion. If a space on the shelf is completely empty it means one of two things. Either that is a very good selling item or someone is failing putting stock on the shelves. At peak times more checkouts need to be open. I am not a fan of self checkouts. With health issues I have to handle my groceries enough already. I do not need to be my own cashier too.

Very convenient location. Only negative issue I had was with an order I purchased online and had sent to this particular Walmart. My email kept telling me it arrived at the store but I went 3 times band they said they didn't have it. The fourth time I had to get a little Stern and the manager took a look in the back and it was there, they was about to ship it back as unclaimed. So needless to say, I wouldn't have any purchases sent there

Great staff always ready to help. My husband is one legged. They always go out of their way to help him. They have helped him unload groceries into the truck. Have serched for him a disability buggy. So thankful for our neighborhood friends.

Great pharmacy. Everyone there is always helpful and courteous.
Good low prices on groceries. Stockers and clerks are quite helpful. Cashiers are always kind enough to pack my grocery bags light for me as I have back problems.

Absolutely LOVE the online order and pick-up, especially from the Hwy 80 location (Ladonia). The associates are super nice, very friendly, prompt and have never gotten my order messed up or wrong. I haven't seen the inside of any Walmart since the online order/pick-up became available. :-)

I want to say a huge thank you to Beverly in the deli for what she did for my family today I needed a food tray because of a sudden death in my family and one of the other workers said I had to give a 24 hour notice and Beverly came and found me in the store and took the time to make the tray for me in my eyes she is an amazing person thank you again
