Great experience for my kids first dental visit! The staff was so nice and gave my littles extra prizes and they showed my daughter exactly what they were using and what it would do and she did so well so I know she was very comfortable bc usually she is very nervous about new things. All the staff was great and they interected with my busy little man so well!

Sept 28th I took my son on Thursday for a consultation, and Saturday he was scheduled to start his braces. In the meantime I had questions and I e-mailed Rebecca and immediately she responded and it was after hours.
Dr. Chin also was very thorough with her examination. She went over x-rays and the plan of treatment with my son and I where we both could understand. I highly recommend choosing her!
Rebecca put the braces on in less than an hour! My son had to leave and play football, and he didn’t experience any pain!
So far everything is going great!

This place is amazing! i highly recommended you check them out. ignore the rating because I've had nothing but positive experiences here. and, justin the office manager is so welcoming and takes the time to get to know you. Give them a call and schedule an appointment, trust me you won't regret it!

These reviews are misleading. We had a very difficult case. A dental emergency with my three year old son where his front teeth had to be removed after a fall.

Some of these reviews are calling the staff rude. I didn't expirence that both times we were in here.
My son has past trauma from an actual bad experience at a different dentist office that ended with him being rushed to the piediatric ER via ambulance because a tech stuck their knee in his chest while he was strapped in a papoose.
Franklin dental warned me that they would have to papoose him and they did. He freaked out like I expected him to but he was safe. The tech was compassionate and understanding. The doctor was quick and professional.
My husband is really unhappy that we didn't get to keep the teeth since they're the first teeth lost but I'm just glad the visit went as well as it did.

I was unsure about doing business with this office because of the reviews; Our experience exceeded my expectations. The appointment was made quickly, our wait was brief, and the representative handling our consultation was friendly and professional. She even worked our son in for a cleaning. Dr. Chin also thoroughly explained the treatment plan and process. In addition, I was pleased with the COVID precautions still being taken. Glad to say that we’re off to a good start.

I am always so impressed by Kandece and Becca kindness during my appointments. The office staff is also extremely welcoming and warm. I really appreciate all of their help. I really appreciate all of their guidance and support. The standard of care that Franklin and Dental provided me with was fantastic. I am extremely pleased. Thank y’all!!!

well , one thing I can say I wish they can change is the waiting time and their customer service because , every time I come to yall I'm walking out very much happy and the lady with the straight teeth. did my braces and she was very much rough and I did not like her because , how in the world you gone take your angry out on me and not on your employees . 💯💯💯💯

I had gone to this place because of a cavity in two of my teeth. When I got there they gave me a cleaning and took a look at my teeth. They found the issues and the doctor booked me an appointment immediately for one of my cavities which was a very serious one as it was close to my nerves and could've ended up becoming a root canal, but the Doctor was amazing and he saved it. These people are really friendly and I would definitely recommend anyone to go here.

I love bringing my three little ones here. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Services are pretty quickly performed. I would not be interested in changing. Dentistry and orthodontics in the same building. All ages.

After having my 1st appointment which was a consultation. I was told to come back today 4/29 to have oral surgery. Dr. You and supervisor Cassandra was so sweet and took their time with me. I had two extractions done and was super nervous. They talked me through the whole procedure. Also, front receptionist Justin and another lady was super nice. Wait time was under 30 mins. I'll be back!!! Also, this the only dentist that took me during the Covid-19 pandemic.

We enjoy our services it’s a family environment love warm and welcoming feeling. It was out 1st time visiting we’re going to come back to do mom, dad teeth 🦷 cleaning care next. Ours sons enjoy there visit. They want to come back tomorrow to play 😃 Job well done 👍 Staff was very knowledgeable.

Get my Son braces redone . I had to many issues with the prior company . But with Help From the Army Veteran Dentist And Mariella with their Extreme kindness , Professionalism ,
Knowledge , Courteous , Friendly , Helpful , Thoughtfulness My Son is now able to have braces put on. The whole Staff At Franklin Dentist Braces all give Awesome Customer Service it’s nothing like I have seen before . They will Help you with everything and be very Honest and Truthful about it . I couldn’t ask for a better Bunch Of Dental Workers they are awesome . Since Franklin Dentist has been opened I haven’t seen anyone walk out or argue with the Employees . Like I did with the other Company . I m extremely Happy they have opened their doors Franklin Dentist . Everyone should try them out . You just might be Happy with what you see from the Employees ., Keep Up the Great Customer Service .

Maria answered all my questions while she multitasked helping someone else. She was very professional. She even did a follow up call just to make sure I received what I needed for I’m her. Thank you

Dr.Yu, Brandy and Brooke are a great team! I liked the way they interacted with my son by making feel at ease while having his cleaning and other necessary procedures. I highly recommend Franklin Dental and Braces for your family!

We had terrible experiences with another ped. Dentist in town when my daughter was younger, and she was scarred and terrified even though she had perfect teeth and no work had ever been done. We switched years ago and thought no matter what it has to be better, and it is. I have watched Dr.Yu with my even more terrified niece and my two girls, he is so patient and kind! Justin was a godsend for my niece when we all first switched and every assistant or nurse is just as kind as him. I love it and do not mind a little wait, which is usually about the same as the other ped. Dentist I have been to, if it means my babies are taken care of

Please do not go here. I ended up in the emergency room with staph in my mouth. I begged for help repeatedly for new antibiotics and pain meds... Horrible. First night was sent home with 4 teeth remove with nothing. Telling please please find a new densit. No one to catch staph. Painful horrible and you will not be treated. I begged for new antibiotics...

I always feel at home and comfortable , The staff is is absolutely amazing and I just really love Becca and Dr. Chin. They're super sweet and always have a smile on their face . I highly recommend coming to this fine and friendly establishment.

7/11/2019 was my son first visit his tooth was hurting and Dr pPikus, Justin and Latarah was great with him front staff was amazing. We was out in a timely manner

Service was good and they seen me right away . Will be going back next week

Rebecca did an amazing job on my braces. She's such an amazing person. For it to be my first time I had a good experience.
