Greetings and Good Afternoon, My appointment today was very pleasant. The attention to detail and care given was excellent. The young lady that served me made me very comfortable about the work that needed to be done. They care about the client (me) and want all care and work done to make the patients (me) life comfortable. Thank You Sweetwater Dental Clinic.

From the moment I got there, there was such a good vibe in the office. Everyone was smiling! I didn't get an attitude from staff because I forgot to fill out paperwork. Every single person involved in my visit was personable, professional and knowledgeable. I had been waiting to fix my tooth for so long because I was told I needed work that I actually didn't need by another dentist. The solution to my tooth problem was much more simple. Sweetgums saved me in so many ways today! Highly recommend! So glad I found them!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I believe I should in this occasion. We had a great experience, not only with the hygienists and all the personnel, but the doctor was amazing. Everyone is very sweet in that office. They will address your issues in a matter that you will understand. I was also very impressed to find out that my mom did not need a procedure that another dentist had requested. Very honest and I will definitely recommend them.

today was 2nd appt and yesterday was daughters 1st appt and we loved it. We both are going to continue treatment here. The atmosphere is great, hygienist and Dr. Lockhart is very sweet. Sweetgums is awesome! I love each and every one of the staff from the front of office to the back. Very gentle. Explains procedures well. Very understanding. I have extreme anxiety and zero pain tolerance and they put me at ease. I will definitely be back and also recommend them to anyone who has second and even third thoughts about going to the dentist. The staff are nice and friendly. They really make you feel comfortable when you are receiving services from them. I recommend going to this dentist office because their number one concern is to keep your teeth/ gums healthy.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years. Upon entering the establishment, the receptionists ladies was very welcoming and courteous. My X-ray tech made me feel very calm, felt like family. Dr. Lockhart was very prompt and explained the process and procedures that needed to be done. I’m glad I found a good dental practice that put the care of the patients on the frontline. Would definitely recommend them for future visits.

1st and foremost the customer service is outstanding. I really like this dental office because when you get there you do not sit in the lobby for a long period of time. Before you leave they make sure you understand everything. They get 5 stars for me.

My mom had been complaining about soreness and pain to her gums; she has dentures. I called Sweetgums Dental to make an appointment: the appointment was the NEXT DAY. Thank you Sweetgums Dental for seeing my mom so QUICK and adjusting her dentures!!! My mom left there "smiling".

The dentist office has always been fear of mine for years. From the moment I explained my reasoning and past history. From the hygienists to the dentist.....they both said, "Mr. Burton we got you, please lay back and be comfortable." I've been loyal customer for over five years.

I personally want to thank Dr. Lockhart and her staff for the great work they've done in community and on my German Shepards (by the way, that's what I call teefis).....😊😊😊

My first visit was very pleasant. The office was very clean, the staff was extremely nice. Theresa was my hygienist, she did a very thorough cleaning but was extremely gentle. This is of utmost importance, to me, because I have receding gums due to a connective tissue disorder, along with very sensitive teeth. I met Dr. Lockhart when she came in to do my exam, and I, absolutely, loved her. She is friendly, sweet and she treats you as a long-time friend or a family member. I really love this office and all the people I met there.

Very nice people from the front to the back and good customer service I just love them from the front to the back. I’ll recommend them to anyone that’s looking for a dentist to go to. They very understand able.

The whole staff is great. They take good care of me there. I usually don't like going to the dentist office but Dr. Lockhart is gentle
