Big Lots

I couldn’t find any four drawers dresser nowhere than there. And finally did my gaming table.

I had to adjust my review from a 4 to 5 stars. The service is here is amazing. While the store itself is basic, I have found the furniture to be good quality. The staff is so friendly and helpful... I think, "Am I really shopping at Big Lots?" Thank you BL for offering the best. ❤

Had what my husband needed. Sales personnel took him to the location, he got his socks, paid for them and all under 5 minutes. Was on time for his interview.

I like shopping here because of the convenient location and ease of parking. The store is always clean and well stocked. No matter what yoiu are looking for from furniture to seasonal items you will likely find a bargain!

I love this place every time we go there to Phenix City to eat we always stop by the Big Lots there there's a wonderful cashier named Brenda

In a big fan of Big Lots, but this one in particular is slightly better because of the staff. I've never encountered such friendly people. They're very welcoming and the store is split in two, one being furniture and the other is everything else. The workers stayed an extra 20 minutes after closing to insure that I got a Big Lots membership card which involved me going through the registration process (maybe about 5-10 minutes) even after closing. The staff didn't hesitate to inform me of easier ways to save and pointed me in the right direction for some deals. This store gets 5 stars on the overall attitude of the staff alone. Great job guys! Thank you for your kindness!

I was really surprised to find so many home decor items and groceries. They even had a large selection of gift items to choose from. I enjoyed looking through all of the fall and Christmas decorations and gift wraps. They have really kicked it up a notch at Big Lots.

Had a great visit with my daughter today and also had the girls and Beverly there. Truly Blessed and thanks to all the staff for all you do 😉♥‼

A great store and a great location.. Its like a many Wal-Mart to me. Just a little bit cheaper. It has mostly everything u will need here. Great snacks, household items, snacks toys, and great electronics. This place is very inexpensive and worth it. So if you are looking for a great place to shop. This is the place for you.

By far one of the better Big Lots I’ve ever visited. Clean, organized, friendly service, and a decent sized clearance aisle. There’s another location closest to me, but I don’t mind driving longer to get here. Definitely worth a visit!

It's convenient to where I work and just easier to get to than going to any other large discount stores. Plus the employees are a whole lot nicer and more willing to help if needed.
