Great hotel! Very clean, great rooms. I want to give a shout out to the staff. Weekend breakfast is at 7am, and
my 10 year old had to be at the baseball field at 7 on a Sunday morning. The woman that checked us in made a note, and the overnight employee made sure to have some breakfast items out for us at 6:30, even eggs, without any expectation on our end. Definitely went above and beyond!

In that time it was a great stay. Everything ran smoothly. The room was more than adequate and spacious for 5 people. It is very close to interstate easy to get in and out. Just a friendly and allowed us to have a late check-out.

People working here are great! The rooms were very clean. Hotel is dated- sadly, but is very well kept. The only bad thing for our stay was the pool was closed for servicing, but we understood that it had to be closed sometime to fix issues, and it just so happened to be during our time of stay. Keep up the great work employees. Hopefully corporate will reinvest in this hotel to keep these great employees working there for a long time. Will definitely stay here again when we are going through this area.👍

We stayed in a King Bed Studio for two nights and were delighted overall. Postings are a little vague, and the fact is that there is no fireplace in this room. We didn't need it and weren't disappointed, but we came wondering if there would be one. The bed is comfortable with good linens that can all be laundered including the coverlet. AC works well. COVID protocols are being closely followed by staff. The kitchen is very well stocked, and I believe we could be happy here for a couple of weeks just with the equipment available. Breakfasts are grab and go right now but are varied enough to offer good choices for the two of us. Room microwave allows for hot options. We were checked in by the Assistant General Manager, Dylan Ridgway, who assured our excellent experience by offering us options on room placement and helping us select one as far from weekend noise from families as possible. He also offered me the ability to store my scooter in a secure room off the breakfast area when we left the Inn for dinners in the evenings so that we didn't need to load and unload it from the car. This little kindness greatly enhanced my feeling of welcome and care. We would stay here again and can recommend it highly. Families would certainly be thrilled with the pool and little firepit area next to the closed pool.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms could use some updating and one of the bathtubs was very slippery, but the staff more than made up for the minor shortcomings in the room. They went above and beyond and BEYOND anything we could've expected. Monica was spectacular helping my daughter and giving both my kids crayons and little activities to do. I didn't get everyone's name so I unfortunately can't list everyone, but they were all fantastic.
The pool and hot tub are nice- a great place to wind down after a long day.
And the food and beverages offered at night were a very special treat! We had chorizo flat bread, chips and cookies one night and chili dogs, salad and fruit the second night. Complimentary beer and wine were also served.
The breakfast had a very good selection each day along with fresh fruit.
I will finally note that we left our car unlocked the second night and someone ransacked it, so keep your doors locked!

Very pleased. Customer service was amazing. All employees were very friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

The girl behind the counter Lexi I think it was, ended up being a great help and all while juggling multiple customers. She really impressed. The rooms were nice and the beds comfy there is also a pool I did not get to try out but I'll definitely be back.

This hotel has the best customer service I've seen at any hotel. They are friendly, personable and meet all needs. I love the area. The lawn is very well kept. The rooms are clean and cozy. I breakfast is hot and fresh. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quiet rooms, large spacious rooms. Some updates could be done but I wouldn't rate it as important (i.e. bathroom cabinets are outdated.) The staff was great, breakfast was good, and the mixers at night were fun with free booze. I'll definitely stay again next time I'm in town

The rooms were very well kept and cleaned fresh everyday. There Is free breakfast and diner when you stay. The friendly service here is outstanding. I was very happy with my stay.

Excellent service, staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, nice small kitchen to ok food. Nice breakfast and 24hrs coffee. The social event has good food on Monday, Tuesday and. Wednesday evening, staff also arranged the vegetarian food for us on these 3 days.

There was a group of us from a youth AAU softball team staying at your hotel. I want to thank you for giving us a group rate. The hotel rooms were amazing!! The cleanest I've stayed at and I loved the apartment style quarters. I can not tell you how nice it was to stay in such a clean, 1st rate hotel!! I would definitely recommend the Residence Inn in Davenport!!! It's a must stay hotel!

Room was nice, pool was a good temperature. The bubbles in the hot tub were a little anemic, but when that's the worst thing you can say about a hotel it's not too bad.

Had a great stay. Clean rooms, normal amenities. Room key did not work on outer side doors, and need to get to breakfast early or food runs out.

The location was pretty normal and the building seemed really new. We stopped here on our way moving to California and it was a great place to stop. The service was great and everyone was really nice. I needed ice for my cooler and the guy just filled it for me.

We had a great stay. The two guys at the desk were awesome. The rooms were clean. Way to go. Give them a try.

Went to look at rooms at the Residence for family that's coming to visit. Extremely clean hotel, beautiful rooms and very friendly staff. The price you pay is well worth it for what you get while staying there.
