I can not express enough the gratitude I feel towards Abby in the service department. When all hope had faded of getting my car repaired, she came through with flying colors and went way above and beyond for me!!! She took the time to care for my situation and was always very kind while trying to get my engine replaced. She took extra steps that other people wouldn't have done. She is a rare example of kindness and goodness in a world where most people are just out for themselves. Abby is the one to go to for any issues with your repairs. Byrider got him into a vehicle with a payment he can afford, a service agreement to help keep repairs from getting in the way of progress, and also explained what he was signing every step of the way. I was very impressed with their honesty and integrity and would suggest them again!

It To Completely Honest I was Very Hesitate and was back and fourth on msking my final decision on If i Should Go Through BuyRider. My Criedt Was Completely Shoot and i didnt want to get stuck with Car that had a million problems. Not The Case at all my Criedt has gone up over 200 points Honestly Can't Say Enough Good About Jenny In CNC or Byrider I knew what kinda of car I was wanting and they had it and they listened. Update. My car is a mess and whatever is wrong with it, it's never covered under their warranty. I've dropped a lot of money in a car that is already very expensive for what it is .
