We could not be more impressed with the service and customer service of this Dealership! We had broken down in the middle of the night 1000 miles away from home and had 1300 more miles to go. We had to be towed to the dealership.
As soon as the service department was open they pushed us in to the front of their busy day and got right to work to try and figure out and diagnose what our issue was. The entire staff was so supportive, gracious and understanding of our predicament And did everything possible to get us back on the road. The part that was needed ti fix our sprinter van had to be overnighted from Florida to Iowa and we all, including the staff prayed it would arrive!

The part did arrive the next morning, the entire staff went to work putting us again in the forefront of their day full of service jobs to take care of us and get us on our way

Lessah, Oscar, Allen and the entire staff deserve as we say back home, a Huge “atta boy”. Best customer service we have ever experienced!

After my husband and I were in an accident that left our car totaled, we had been looking for a car for about 2 weeks with no luck. We had seen a few cars online from Driver's Choice that we liked so we decided to go check it out in person. George Satuito helped us find the perfect car for us. He gave us his honest opinion on a few different cars and really cared about what we were looking for. The first day we were there my husband and I found a car but I was not 100% sure about it (I was being extremely picky!) so we decided to sleep on it. We returned the next day and George had picked out another car for us to test drive and we immediately fell in love! There were minor problems with the paint and the brakes, but they told us to bring it back a couple days later to get it fixed at no charge to us. Picked it up from being serviced and looks good as new!! We are now proud owners of a beautiful 2012 Hyundai Sonata! I definitely recommend Driver's Choice and am so grateful George made our experience so wonderful!!

My experience with Jason Murley was exceptional. Didn't buy a car but inquired about trading in my current vehicle and he gave me awesome advice about how to go about doing it. It wasn't a sale for him but he spent much of his time going out of his way giving me the best deal on my car and helped me decide on the best option.

I recently bought a used car from Lujack, I had some initial problems though the manager reached out to me and worked very hard to right the issues. I would say he was willing to really talk through the problem and he worked hard to fix the issue. Based on that ending experience I would return in the future when I need another vehicle. Thank you for being willing to fix the problems and take the time to hear my concerns.

I had a great experience with buying my first car officially by myself! I was going away to college 1000 miles away, and I NEEDED a reliable car to make it there and back multiple times. I had previously went to about 6 other dealerships in the area and left very disheartened by the way they acted as if I couldn't be helped and was such a burden to them. When I came to Lujack's, I met Jason Murley, and I have never met a more helpful, nicer auto salesman. He was incredible, and I had an overall awesome experience and got a great deal on a new Kia Soul that is reliable! I couldn't be happier with my purchase and time I spent at Lujack's!

Wanted to recognize Harold Smith for excellent service during my car buying experience. Flew in from Austin, Texas to pick up a low-mileage certified Mercedes. Harold went above and beyond and made the process very easy for me. He was very patient with me and made sure I got all the answers I needed.
Also want to recognize the finance manager, Noland Kropf, who handled all the paperwork during the transaction. He provided clear and concise answers, and when some last minute changes were made to the paperwork, he made sure it all happened so we could 'close' the deal and I could drive off in a wonderful 'new-used' Mercedes.

Pleasant experience, especially for someone like me who doesn’t like to spend large amounts of money—even for things he really wants. Our salesperson, Linda Hopkins, was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. She also was patient, which ultimately was what sealed the deal. The finance manager, Noland Kropf, was terrific! If you ever find yourself wanting a clear and concise explanation of the various considerations of an extended warranty, Noland’s your guy. He had a backlog of several customers on what appeared to be a very busy day, but he kept everyone moving and got all of the financial stuff cleared out quickly and, for the most part (see above), painlessly. I got a great price on a great car with minimal fuss and pleasant interactions with highly professional staff. Couldn’t ask for more.

True professionals from start to finish. They truly cared about my experience. A “Thank you” doesn’t seem to be enough.

If I am being completely honest, I've heard a lot of bad things about Lujacks. I was leery about contacting them, but in the end, I went there specifically because they had the van that I wanted. I called ahead of time and talked to Darnell over the phone, and he was very knowledgeable and very patient. I think he is awesome! I came in and Jason Marley and Mike Alatorre helped us. Both were very good. Jason especially went above and beyond and answered all of my questions and made sure that everything was exactly as he said it would be. He took a lot of pride in his job and came through on everything he said would happen. We got a great interest-rate, exactly the car that we wanted, and he even went out to another dealership to get the van that we wanted in the color that I wanted. We really appreciated that. Most definitely, he under promised and over delivered.

In addition, the day after purchasing the van, we noticed a few scratches. I took the van in this morning and showed them, and they scheduled me right away for the body shop to fix the scratches. No questions asked. Darnell went out and checked the scratches and said right away that they would get them taken care of.

I am personally very picky about customer service and have very high expectations especially for a place where we are spending as much money as a car dealership. I highly recommend the Lujack Kia location. I'm very pleasantly surprised at the great experience that we had.
